NEVER USE THEIR PDI SERVICE!!! Booked pdi for my new honda elevate from them. Horrible experience!!! 1. The person was not at all a professional. 2. He was friends with dealer staff. This is something which defeat the purpose. 3. The guy checked random things and the pdi was done. I had to verify with him if he has checked something or not and then he would check it. 4. He had to take help of the staff to check various basic things. 5. No machine scanning was done. 6. On checking the remote start feature even when the engine was not on the guy was telling it is on. He couldn’t even tell if the engine is on or not and I was dependent on this guy to give me an expert report. 7. On speaking with the customer support about this they can’t do any thing as the report is generated. Their PDI service is a joke!!! Beware!!!

Car scrapping process and the inconsistent information I have received during my interactions with the cars24 team. The customer care representative I initially spoke with was not well-informed about the car scrapping process, which left me unsure about the replies provided. To proceed further, I was advised to request a site visit from an inspector, which I did. During the inspection visit, I shared all my queries with the agent, who assured me that Cars24 would handle everything related to the scrapping process, including: Vehicle pickup, Scrapping , and Issuing the Certificate of Deposit (COD) to my doorstep Based on this assurance, I immediately paid the inspection fee to expedite the process. However, after 24 hours, I had a conversation with a third representative who informed me that, after scrapping, Cars24 would only send the chassis number cutout of the vehicle, which would take three weeks to arrive, and I would then need to chase the RTO myself for the COD. They has just misguided me with not providing right info about the process.

Worst experience: I finalize the car price deal (TATA Nexon EV ; Rs. 13,9455), upload all the documents and waiting from past 10days but selling team is not contacting me. I performed two times inspection in October and 10 November 2024. I placed many complain (Ticket ID: 1747391; 1746934; 1746911; 1734056; 1746911) but no solution has been given by the selling team. Arbitrarily they are holding my deal because of raising complain about sale consultant Mr. Ritesh Srivastava, who was very rude.

I sold my Swift Dzire on 28th June 2024 through Car24, and as part of the deal, ₹10,000 was kept on hold for RTO clearance. I was assured that the amount would be released within 120 days. However, it is now 19th November 2024, and I have not received my payment. Despite multiple follow-ups with Car24 customer care, I was informed that my amount was forfeited because I could not visit the RTO within half an hour of their call. This was unreasonable, as I was in Haridwar at the time, and reaching Ghaziabad RTO in such a short notice was impossible. I was neither given prior notice nor sufficient time to plan my visit. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It feels like I am being unfairly penalized due to Car24’s poor communication and lack of proper customer service. I trusted Car24 for a smooth transaction, but this experience has been stressful and disappointing. I request Car24 to look into my issue urgently and release my ₹10,000 at the earliest. I hope the company values customer trust and resolves this matter without further delays. please don't sell your car please go with car dekho

Dec 06,2024Vivek Bhandari has tricked me into accepting the refund of 2500/- for the parcel tray and scratches on the car and now they are saying because of 2500/- reimbursement, my car return is void. He was on the call and asked me to just type OK confirm so he could process the refund. He never mentioned that this tiny amount will take away my privilege to return the car.
