VERY UNPROFESSIONAL They asked for car details and based on my Inputs they indicated a price range of 12.50 to 13.95 lakhs and said that price could be better post inspection. Based on above I took my car for the inspection and post a 1 hour thorough inspection ,the Inspector said the car was " Amazing " and he would rate it between 4 and 5 stars . Sadly the offer they made me was Rs 8 lakhs !! When I questioned why such a big difference in estimated price and offered price ... the employee said " Sir .. we quote much higher prices to attract the customers " ... To me it is " Truly Unprofessional and borders on fraudulent practices " GZ

Yesterday, an executive came and verified the car, but after that, there was no response from the company side, I called many times, one one was responding, It was a useless service, and they don't know how to handle/respond customers. Don't sell/buy cars from Cars24, I never seen this kind of third-class service.

kutte ki olado, mene kitni baar tum hijado ko bola ki mene number hata do muje koi call or message nahi aane chaiye per tum hijade mere number hata nahi rahe ho kyo tumhari olade lagdi luli peda hogi tabhi tum mere number hataoge kya

very bad experience. The company's representative behaviour is very rude and they are harassing. I have refused their offer, then they started harassing me as a senior citizen by talking in harsh words. They were calling frequently and talking to put pressure for selling my car to them.

It's not good for the customers whether if he is a buyer or seller. If you are a buyer you are offered with very high price and you will not get an opportunity to participate the said auctioning process. And of your a seller they will degrade your car and inform you that the actioners are not giving any offer for the vehicle. When I try to sell my car which was only 3 years old and single owner one, they give me an offer of 3.5 lakh. But the same configuration car was listed in there availablity list was for 5.75lakh rupees with a bad inspection report than mine car.
