Dec 13,2024Cars 24 is rubbish please don’t waste your time the way I did. I called and schedule an appt with the technician for valuation. He came wasted two hours and said you should purchase valuation report by paying 499 but I said I just need the estimate price he said I will get a call and then left. After a week I called the call centre and give a detailed information about my car they said the offer is ₹8000 to get it sold and truly speaking scrap value is more than double but car is up and running and every weekend my father is using it to go to the temple I just want to give him good new car instead of Nano Lx Nov 2014 model. Trust me this company is somewhere from UP and doing fraud on the name of selling valuation report. There has to be legal action against companies like this.

Dec 13,2024So Cars 24 and their competitor were the first i had contacted to sell my Kia Carens 2023 model with 10,150 km. Now their competitor came with up with a price and i politely declined and they accepted it and we moved forward. Now with Cars24, they first give you tentative pricing on their website, then they send a technician and force you take the valuation report (at least in my case i was forced by the technician or else i would not have a good offer is what i was informed). I took it. The price offered was 18,30,000 which was a unbelievable but ti thot the car is good so they must be knowing what they are doing. Now the person who was handling my case was sure that i will get that amount took all my details and kept mum for 2 to 3 days, when she answered she said, she will get back and never heard from her. I had to raise complaints via email, its when a manager and her assistant got back saying the service history was not received, which was a blatant lie. Now the person got back me saying that the finance did not approve the said amount so we will have to auction it. I wonder, if their app is faulty or they have a strategy to quote higher to lure customers in. So many questions arise but there is a simple answer that this company does not have the bandwidth cars with a higher value also the lies that they constantly tell their customers. So my 1st hand advice is to avoid this company unless you are desperate. Hoep they can improve their processes and train their team well before its too late.

They have changed the steering rack for me in my presence it’s better now, however I need couple of days and few kms run, to confirm whether it’s fully resolved my steering tight issue. But the support was good from the team.
