Oct 18,2023We arranged for our truck to be picked up on a certain day. My wife stayed home from work and there was no communication as to when they would arrive. Three calls were made to the third party company picking up the truck and they assured me they were on their way. They never showed up. Now my wife will have to take another day off because of the third-party company's ineptitude.

Oct 17,2023The timeliness of responses was very slow. I had a very limited amount of time to sell the car (3 days) and I had to drop it off as the pickup schedule was more than 3 days away. Repeated phone calls and texts resulted in only automated responses which were not helpful. I was finally able to get everything lined out on the 3rd day 3 hours before my flight out of Portland. A very stressful experience. When I did get a person on the phone, they were very helpful, but had limited information as car vio and IAA systems don’t talk to each other. The IAA people were also very friendly, but also very clueless. They were not accustomed to someone bringing the car to them. They did not ask for the title and did not have the check ready for 45 minutes after I arrived. I received $950 for my 06 Civic with 209k miles that was in need of a new engine due to a coolant leak in the lower engine block. Not the worst price, but not the best either. I had two other offers of $1500 and $1900 but the timing wouldn’t work. Happy to have the car taken out of my hands, but it was a very stressful experience, not knowing where I was going, who I was meeting with, or when it was happening until the very end.
