Oct 27,2023I accepted an offer from CarVIO and when it came time to sell my car they came back with an excuse and offer of less then half the original offer I had accepted. I would highly suggest that you avoid doing business with CarVIO and try to find a more honest company.

Oct 25,2023The process online was fluent and amazing. The scheduling for pick up was a little bit to be desired. A better scheduling system needs to be put in place. The whole wait and we will call is not good for a busy schedule.

Oct 25,2023CarVIO gave me a price based on my reasonable explanation of my vehicle. The price was agreed throughout the transaction, up to and including the tow company arrangements. Prior to the tow company coming CarVIO requested a $2875 reduction in price. After telling them absolutely NOT they informed me it was the 3rd party “buyers” decision. I was very disappointed and would never recommend CarVIO.

Oct 24,2023Everything was great with Carvio, however, their 3rd party tow service IIA scheduled pick up for Friday between 12-5pm. I called at 3:30 to ensure they were still coming as I hadn't heard from them and was supposed to 2 hours prior to them coming. After the run around and 3 calls to their local branch later I was told the driver was just in the office and he was on his way at 4:20p. Their office is about 20 minutes away. We had plans, so at 5:15 I called the local office again and the prerecorded message played stating that their office was closed... Fun! Fifty-five minutes prior, I was told the driver was on his way and now have no way of getting ahold of him! It was Friday night, we had plans. We waited until 5:55pm and left. Our camera confirmed that the driver never showed. Monday morning at 7:29am, I receive a call from the driver stating that he on his way... what?!? Okay! Thankfully, my husband was home to give him the title/keys. He told me he'd be to my house in 20 minutes and showed up 80 minutes later. He waved to my kids after he loaded the car and was nice according to my husband, so he did recoupe some points... But come on! When you have a schedule stick to it or at least be decent enough to call!

Oct 27,2023I was very disappointed with my experience. Communication was inconsistent and the offer kept changing. When all documents and photos had been submitted, I received an offer of $500. I then received a text message saying that they would pay $300 for my car. My reply was that I had accepted the offer of $500. After too much time on the phone and much back and forth, they returned with offers of $350 and then $375. No Sale! I felt as though my time had been wasted, but I did eventually sell the car to someone else for more than the CarVIO offer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.
