Oct 24,2023The partner company called me incessantly, but when I asked to schedule the pickup, they asked me “what was the hold up?” When I informed them that I did not live where the car was being stored, they said they would call back on Monday to schedule a pick up. When I told them that it would be better on my end if we scheduled in advance as opposed to last minute, they would not do that. I ended up selling the car to someone else with much less hassle.

Oct 22,2023Whether you’re selling a car or junking a car, the process is the same. I needed to get rid of my pickup that basically became a paperweight to me , in my quest to get the most back from it I was able to, I stumbled on Carvio, told them what I had , they made an offer and set the rest up. Not one time did the offer change or I get any static. Tow truck driver they contracted showed up to my address with check in hand for said amount and truck was hauled off just as discussed. Ran to the bank to deposit and was a happy man.

Oct 22,2023Great communication from start to finish except for 1 glitch. On initial agreed pickup day the towing company was a no call no show. After calling carvio they got right on it and pickup was rescheduled for two days later. Went perfect. Driver called to confirm then called again ½ hrs before arriving. Great company...highly recommend

Oct 22,2023Had a deal to take my 2013 dodge journey with front end damage for $850 if I got the title in my name and some other requirements. After spending over $120 and 2 months of my time I finally got all the ducks in a row. All that was left was the pickup and payment. It was then that they decided to take back their offer and only offer $300. Never doing business with this company again and I suggest that nobody else does either.
