Oct 10,2023The process was extremely easy. I was asked a few detailed questions about the car. Carvio provided a quote which was a very comparable quote to a few car dealerships in the area. They made an appointment. The tow car driver arrived on time, handed me a check and took the car. I never had to leave my home to sell it.

After checking locally and with other online companies- they gave me the most for car out of all the offers!! Would I sell to them if I had another opportunity- absolutely!

Price changed to $500.00 and with that price, I would have to drive the vehicle to the destination even though I was told “free pick up” from my home. I could not drive my vehicle to the destination because I did not purchase the registration on the vehicle. So, I was charged $75.00 for towing the vehicle from my home. My original offer of $1500.00 ended up being $425.00. Because I was in desperate need to sell the vehicle, I excepted the “so called Deal”. Company did NOT stick to their promise. Very disappointed!

Oct 09,2023Offered the best price for my 2005 Chevy Malibu classic. They were very prompt in making the arrangements to have my car picked up free of charge. Salvage yards are ok for a quick ride of, but u want more buck for your old car, definitely give them a call. Best customer service I have dealt with in a long time.

Oct 11,2023Got an honest and fair price for my car. I called and spoke to many other companies and salvage yards and they low balled me every time. Dealing with your company was easy and the person I was dealing with was helpful and considerate. Nobody likes to have to junk their car when it’s totalled and the driver that hit you was considered “not at fault” so their insurance wouldn’t make me whole. The car was towed from my driveway and I was given a check right on the spot. I’m grateful for the professionalism and ease of dealing with this unfortunate event.
