Sep 24,2023Gave me the most out of my pos truck. Didn't mention that it was $125 less to pick up the pos until time of sale but I guess it is what it is. Goes from an $850 offer to $825 to $700 picked up for something that didn't run well. All in all alright.

I was pleasantly surprised at how simple the process was and it only took about a week and that was partially due to a holiday weekend.

Sep 22,2023I spoke with representatives at CarVio about selling a car I had. They said they would also be willing to be two additional cars I was looking to sell. The two cars going to IAA (salvage auction) were straightforward with some snafu’s arranging pickup. The last vehicle supposedly sold to a dealership, CarVio had me fill out the title with that dealerships name on it, then I never heard from anyone. I contacted CarVio reps and they said they would look into it. Heard nothing. So I am going to have to get a duplicate title made at my own expense thanks to CarVio. I reached out to them about reimbursing me for the title and silence on their end. Disappointing outcome.

Texting was a little sketchy since they didn’t write in full sentences or cap sensitive but I would give this company more stars if I could after going through the transaction. They get basic questions and then pick up your car for you through a local tow truck company and hand you a check at pick up. Easiest process ever!!

Relatively quick offer, but co Would have been 5 stars...but offer was reduced with the statement that it was because I hadn't responded in 24 hours from first offer received. Yet, I had responded... ..but regardless all email offers said good for 7 days. They are well automated and try to be efficient, but they have some work to do in this area. I kept getting the email request to provide more information (mileage, condition of car etc), which I filled out a few times not knowing if perhaps they hadn't received the earlier ones. Finally, after not knowing what else to do, I redid the request for an offer (4 days after first) and got a reduced offer via phone call and that seemed to set the ball rolling.
