Oct 02,2023Just that who ever sets it up with the towing company make sure they are aware of the time that is set up I just had to wait 2 hours over my time they said they would be their and to give a different number to confirm the check cause two different times the first number on the check they told the lady verifying the check that they didn’t write checks they didn’t know what she was talking about I called towing company and he told me to call Dianna at iaa and that y’all where a great company so he knew the check should be good so when I called her she gave me a number to the place and the lady at that number was helpful and happy to help and we got it done 👍I think it was a pretty good way to go I know things can’t aways go flawless but that’s about all that you could work the kinks out and Christopher was awesome.

Sep 28,2023They are okay. Price for vehicle was well above any other company. Communication was not awesome but decent. Pickup was the biggest problem we had as they didn’t come the scheduled day or the day after. Went back to Carvio and they got us a contact number and someone called us pretty quickly. Overall for the difference (abt $500 more) we received for our non running truck it was worth it.

Sep 27,2023There seemed to be some confusion about dropping the car off. One person called and said they were coming to pick up the car. The next day someone called and said to drop the car off. As I was dropping off the car ,the person who called to pick up the car called and said they were coming to pick up the car. Confusion
