The gentleman who picked up my car was just that...a gentleman. Sep 25,2023The process was quick and easy! One wrinkle was that I started the process with one employee. When I called back 20 minutes later, I was told that he was "no longer with the company!" Fortunately, CarVIO honored the offer that he had made, and continued to process the sale. Everything was very smooth. The other wrinkle was that I didn't get any advance notice from the tow truck driver. He did not call the day before. In his defense, he had a pick-up 5 minutes away from me and had not realized that I was so close and he could pick up both vehicles at the same time. He was patient while I finished clearing out the car so it was not a problem.
