Oct 04,2023The process was easy enough. The only reason I did not give a five star was because they were supposed to be calling me an hour or two before they arrive. Instead, he called me when he was at the destinations where the vehicle was and I was not there. Also, it’s a little scary signing over title to no buyer being present.

Oct 03,2023I got a bid for my vehicle and accepted it and signed then they changed it to half because it doesn’t run. I told them up front it was a non-running vehicle and the rep said she got mine mixed up with another she was quoting and couldn’t pay that much. The bid I signed was non-binding. I requested a manager and they came up more than half but it was still less than agreed upon first. Then the tow truck did not call on the day I explained it had to be because the vehicle is not in our town. They didn’t call to tow it until 2 business days after it was supposed to be.

Oct 03,2023I couldn't get tge representative-Jenny on the phone when Plana on car drop was not working and to help in renegotiate in a pickup rate on the car sale price. Needless to say, I have not sold my car after going out of town to get the title that was needed to get me a reasonable sell rate.. Waste of time and my money when the whole objective was to gain income not lose money.

CarVio was referred to me by a friend who used them previously and she told me she had a great experience. I did the application on line and was contacted shortly after. The representative who called me was informative and helpful. My estimate was extremely fair and the process was easy. Pickup was swift and the local company they used to retrieve my vehicle was professional and nice. I will definitely refer CarVio to others. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Oct 04,2023I was really impressed by how easily this process was once I had everything on my end all together. After waiting for my title for so long.. we were finally able to seal the deal which literally took only a few days. JT was great and very patient through the whole thing. While I was waiting for my title, he always would text and check in. Then after it came in, I messaged him and he did everything exactly as he’d explained to me in the beginning. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars and the only part I wasn’t happy about was the day we were finally getting ready to seal the deal I was told my offer had went down because it expired after 30 days. I had even signed an agreement with the original offer and sent it back. That was on a Friday evening so by the time Monday came I was told that my offer went down and I was very confused as to how I had already filled the seller agreement for the original amount they emailed me and then all the sudden I was told the offer had changed and I’d have to go through the whole process again. It was like there was a lack of communication somewhere and it was all very confusing. It was also frustrating on my end because I’d already signed the agreement for the original price and made another agreement with someone telling them I had a certain amount and ended up having to pull out of that deal after the amount changed causing some issues with those people. Other than that the process was very easy and the gentleman who picked my car up was very friendly and did everything as he had said. I would definitely recommend Carvio and I will also have no problem using they’re services again if I ever need to.
