Sep 05,2023Everything was great got me the most for my car only thing is you guys said the tow truck driver would help me take off my plates cause the screws were so rusty and he also said he would I ran upstairs for a moment came bake he was gone took my plates with the car called him and he said he left it on the chair outside but he didn't now I don't know what to do cause I don't remember the tow place that came texted u guys to ask but you guys don't respond

Sep 04,2023Poor rating is solely about towing, I was told driver on the way which was false. Driver said I never answered my phone, which caused them to cancel the check. Driver did call me 1day after scheduled date but never showed up. Called Carvio back business 2 days later and scheduled another pick up time. The second towing driver called and within 20 minutes he was there.

Sep 04,2023I am not happy at all, they quoted me 1100 and I signed the documents and I thought everything was good. They emailed me the final copy, and it still said 1100 then a few mins later they emailed me again with another copy and this time the offer said only 625 and it looks like they signed it for me which is illegal! They didn't even ask me if I accepted that offer, the next day I get a call from the tow truck company and I ignored it and they kept on calling me but I'm not happy! There is nothing wrong with my car, the battery is dead only because my car has been sitting in my driveway for awhile. I just really needed the money also to pay my bills, I don't even want to get rid of my car especially not for 625 because that car meant alot to me so I don't want to accept less then 1000. I think next time you shouldn't try and sign someone's signature and just assume that they are okay with that offer especially when it's such a huge difference!! Don't offer one thing and change it without talking to them.
