Kerryann Farmer-Tomblin made the renewal experience hassle free, explaining the various options together with the pluses and minuses of each one. Follow up paperwork was sent through promptly as promised.
We gave notice back in August 2024 however still receiving invoices. I have each month been messaging to say these are incorrect, for a reply to say they are correct and yet again having to send the whole email trail again to the same adviser. This is still ongoing somewhat 5 months later. I am wasting time each month having to try and get this sorted which is just not happening. Very poor experience with this company
This company sold me a new contract which involved a new router (nothing wrong with the previous one). There were delays in starting the new contact so I was involved in communications with Richard Owen from Sales and Chris Lewis supervising the new installation. Nobody came to install the new router just received it in the post with no instructions. Had to speak to Alonzo Samuel in technical to talk me through how to connect the new router. Ben Morley then contacted me to introduce himself as the new account manager. I had to contact him as the agreed new charges weren't what was appearing on my bill. Things still weren't resolved 3-4 months later when I got a bill of £400 for non return of the old router. Not once in any call or email with the 4 people mentioned above was I told the router needed returning. No packaging or return details received at any point. It is now 3 months later and after dealing with Lisa Hartley- Howarth from Customer Experience (horrendous)I have not been provided with any evidence that they requested the router but they are adding additional charges to my account and threatening to cut me off. I have paid all bills for the agreed new charges but they still will not accept that they did not ask me for it.

Rude staff - I spoke to a female member of staff who had emailed me. I rang the number on her sales email as they were trying to sell IT. After speaking to her she was so rude. I have read lots of other bad reviews about Chess ICT avoid
We have been with Chess for over 20 years. We have always had high regard for the support technicians who have worked on our various systems over the years, hence our long loyalty. Recently we had a change in our systems, following which we noticed our monthly charges were incorrect. Numerous calls to the billings department got us no where. We were fortunate enough on one occasion to get through to Khalida at Customer Services, and explained our grievances. Khalida took the trouble to look in detail at our case, and organised a credit refund. Khalida is very professional in approach, patient, willing to listen and persevered with our case and made us customers feel we did matter after all. She is an asset to Chess. Thank you Khalida.
Been working with Jacques Menguy for a few months now since ive taken over the processing of Chess invoices for various clients. Always willing to lend a helping hand whenever I email with queries and issues that may arise. He has also helped organise my accounts by setting me up on the online portal. All round nice guy! As always thanks for your help Jacques.
How many times must I unsubscribe to Chess. I left a few years ago. I never wanted tedious emails from Emma Stott when I had their service. Since leaving, I get emails, unsubscribe...a few months go past and then I gave to unsubscribe again and the process repeats. One stage away from Ofcom complaint, not to mention data protection...

Westchem Pharmacy (MAPEX) Martin Cosgrove was a great help installing our new cloud voice services at the pharmacy. We managed to instal three new telephones and he went through all of the set up and admin with us. Would recommend for phone services.

Wiltshire & Sons - Martin Cosgrove has upgraded our broadband and phone system. Outstanding service from Martin, he explains all the systems and phones in detail and would not use anyone else. We have been a chess customer for over 10 years and would highly recommend.
Discussed requirements with Alan Simpson at Chess about updating the phone line and this was sorted with no fuss and in a timely manner. Regular updates from Steve Burgess made the switchover seamless and you have a happy customer.
Ricky was the only person in Chess telecom sho actually cared about helping and tried to help.
