Michael was great at helping with an issue i had which was preventing me from using an essential IT program in order to complete my work. Definatley deserves 5 starts
Not at all satisfied with Chessitc, the part of the company that deals with websites. I manage our parish website and recently I have tried to get rid of a pricey anti-fraud add-on. I can find no way to edit or delete this item. I have raised three "tickets" to get help. Alas AI and/or a bot is no help at all. The latest response linked me to a "helpful video" which is totally unhelpful and bears little resemblance to what is on my screen. I also tried the sole telephone number but again answered by a bot or maybe a 5 year old. So now I've given up, I'm looking for an alternative website provider. Since posting this review I have received a phone call from Lisa who patiently listed to my tale of woe. She handled things effectively and politely, the upshot being a resolution of the problem. Thank you Lisa.

I ave recently been contacted by the office at Chess due to a portal ticket submitted.. I was very impressed with the help. patience and advice supplied by Kerry Farmer, even when terminating my contract with Chess through no reason of themselves. I would recommend her at anytime.

I would recommend you look at any other company rather than these vultures, I was in contract with this company and it destroyed my business. I would be without a telephone line for weeks on end, I needed telephone appointments to keep my business going. I ended up in really ill health because of the stress, nothing but problems. I have now ended up with a ccj and a debt of over £5000. Be very careful of this company
We have been with Chess since 2013 and they have provided us with an excellent service over the years. We have renewed our contract for another year after a discussion with Miss Hannah Campbell who was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend them.

I have been in discussions with Ben Morley to upgrade our phone system . There has been no hard sell and all my questions have been dealt with in a clear and professional manner . The costs for the new system are similar to what I am paying now with many added advantages. I am now looking forward to having it installed.

Martin the Chess Engineer came to install a new phone system and he was really patient, friendly and very helpful. He trained my whole team in using the phone system and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Chess ICT if you are looking for a new phone system.
