Dec 24,2024The service from the company has been good except for the delivery process. The second order I placed took so long to get delivered that the food was thawed out by the time I received it. When I contacted Customer Service, they took care of replacing that order at no cost to me. The second delivery was on the truck and out for delivery for 3 Days! Thankfully, the food was still frozen when I received it. I think a different delivery vendor should be utillized. I also think that a local vendor should be sought out to sell this dog food. The one option that is available in Indiana is a Vet's Office, and they do not sell the food to anyone other than their patients.

Dec 18,2024Customer service is great there, we had an issue with my first order being severely delayed because of the shipping company, Chi Dog customer service assisted right away with resending a fresh shipment for me and changing the shipping company. The food is great my dog immediately loved it when we transitioned her, it’s easy to feed and store. The loss of 1 star is for the warehouse, they were asked to put a stop delivery in on the package that was delayed & they didn’t so I ended up receiving very rotten dog food 8 days after it shipped.

Dec 03,2024Food came in easy to open, portion, and serve from package. My dog loved the food, cleaning her bowl right away! Would defiantly recommend as they have many different food options to cover all specials diet needs.

Dec 03,2024So far I have noticed no difference in my dogs behaviour. He loves the food ( he lives any and all food) and seems to be having problems fully digesting the carrots in the Fire diet. I reached out to the company, they recommended soaking the food in some warm water before serving, which I already do since it comes directly out the fridge very cold, or pureeing the food - which I might have to try I had hoped for a slow reduction in his too much heat, anxious, behavior, but I’ll keep trying.

Nov 19,2024I’m giving a good review due to my picky CKD (chronic kidney disease) Chihuahua really eating the food up, licked his bowl clean in one setting. Which for him was totally different from his normal “leave some” food behind self. I recommend Chi Dog to one of my clients who has a very picky CKD maltipoo and she gave me great feedback saying her dog loved the food and gobble it up. The only reason for me not giving an excellent review, is because the company does not make an equivalent food for cats.
