Oct 31,2024I ordered Chi dog at the recommendation of a veterinarian for my beagle with an infiltrative lipoma. I also talked with Chi Dog's veterinarian for their recommendation and I'm happy to say after two weeks. I'm seeing positive changes in him a shiny your coat, more energy and overall more mischievousness. 😀 I highly recommend.

Oct 27,2024My senior dog was starting to get tired of his food and has worsening heart and kidney disease. We just started using Water and Fire and he absolutely loves it. And I feel great about feeding him real food where you can identify all the ingredients. I dont know if his conditions will improve but at least I know he is eating well.

Oct 25,2024Fantastic customer service and dog food!!!! I messed up my order and got two orders. I received more than twice what I expected! I knew I needed to call to straighten out future orders. To my surprise, Sara called and said they had noticed the two shipments and wanted to make sure I wanted everything I received since it seemed like a lot and I had another shipment coming up. Wow! We got it all squared away and on the right intervals! Again, what great service! Forgot to add, I bought this originally for my Yorkie with borderline pancreatitis. She is doing so well. No more spitting up bile and eating grass. I switched all my dogs to Chi! The consult with Dr. Susan was an amazing add to my experience. The dogs had NO transition issues! I have tried Nom Nom, Farmer's Dog, Pet plate and who knows what else. I'm a Chi fan now!!!

Sep 21,2024Happy little dog! Our poor pickle of a dog gave himself acute kidney failure due to getting into food he should not along with a previously unknown kidney condition. On returning from the vet, knowing he would not do well on a traditional prescription renal diet, I cooked some of the recipes online and ordered the meal kit. He LOVES the food! Within 1 day he perked up, his fur is silky and he is itching less. Sadly, it has not 100% cured our little guy, but he is much better. Thank you for helping us have more fun time with this pesky ball of fun.

Sep 13,2024The Chi Dog product and customer service are excellent. We have been feeding our dog the Water Diet for a couple of weeks. She likes the food, and we do not have to struggle with her finishing her meals. We use the food from Chi Dog to give her medications in between meals, and she has been cooperating with taking all her meds. We think that the Chi Dog food is the best diet for our dog with her multiple medical conditions.

Nov 05,2024Wrong food was sent and when it was received it was not frozen all thawed out and cool. I threw it away. My dog will not eat food that I don't know if it is any good or not. Especially the wrong food. I did receive a refund for the food.
