The ‘voice’ at the other end of the call was completely aware of the needs of the caller and was efficient in getting through the process. I experienced no issues whatsoever and was 100% satisfied with the product and the service

Jul 22,2024Having taken out world wide travel insurance with the Civil Insurance Society they have asked me to rate them. Whilst they were professional & accommodating it is fair to say Only in the instance of making a CLAIM could I truly rate my experience which I have not made. Having said that readers should note that if one is 80yrs or will reach 80yrs in the said period of renewal You must renew your Policy with them every year, otherwise your cover does not renew and more importantly They will not allow you to renew again. Basically you are trapped by your age. Having said that if you are for example a retired Police Officer (+ others Nurses Civil Servants etc) The CSiS offer very favourable terms, but note your insurance period runs from June to June the next year. So to conclude I recommend taking out travel insurance with them without hesitation providing you qualify to be insured under their terms & conditions

Aug 16,2024Unlike other insurers, CSIS were very helpful and best of all my wife and I felt that the cover given was far better than other companies. We are technically challenged and I couldn't work out how to 'download' the documents, the CSIS agent was friendly and helpful and actually did this for us and mailed them to us the following day - we were very grateful.
