Jun 22,2024I was impressed with the speed the telephone call was answered, perhaps about five minutes. The person answering the call Yvonne was helpful and informative, explaining policy ambiguities for me. The price was bellow other holiday insurance policies I had researched, but covered all that I required. When I had problems setting a password to open up my account on line , Yvonne arranged a hard copy to be sent by post after I phoned her back. She was helpful and patient.
