Aug 29,2024My review here relates to arranging travel insurance, not making a claim, which thankfully we've never had to do during 14 years of world travel since we retired in 2010. Having said that, I did find speaking to this company and arranging insurance for the first time after very favourable recommendations from several friends and colleagues from my time at work was so much easier than our previous experience with the usual companies that are prolific TV advertisers. The sales person that arranged things for us was very knowledgeable regarding our needs, very helpful, reassuring, and friendly. Everything was arranged easily with documents arriving immediately after payment. I too would now highly recommend arranging insurance here.

Aug 29,2024I found the experience of applying for an annual worldwide quote as a NARPO member from CSiS extremely easy. I opted to actually call them rather than apply online and a charming and very professional young lady asked me specific questions regarding my health which were easy to answer, and although I have some health issues like being under surveillance for prostate cancer, I was offered a quotation which I considered to be very reasonable. Any insurance company is going to have concerns over a 76 year old travelling on long haul flights etc, but their terms and conditions are fair and reasonable. I found my application process to be an enjoyable experience and after comparing the CSiS NARPO against other travel insurers I had no hesitation in accepting their quotation.

Aug 26,2024We now have buildings and contents insurance to add to our car insurance with CSIS Spencer dealt with my request for a quote and subsequent issuing of the new policy. As we have come to expect with CSIS team members, he was very helpful, in particular assisting me to obtain the cover I needed at a competitive price. Many thanks

Aug 16,2024I previously had difficulty getting travel insurance due to 2 previous medical issues that only came to light when I had a scan for an unconnected issue. My brother recommended the insurance. I rang up and answered a few medical questions. I was then told I was eligible for the policy. In all it took about 10 minutes on the telephone. The policy was £1000.00 cheaper than the only one I could find. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Aug 16,2024It was a lot more expensive > than 4 times my renewal quote or going through a popular comparison website and it is unclear why. Disappointing and a waste of time, was expecting this to be cheaper.

Aug 16,2024The female call handler was most helpful and had a friendly attitude. She asked simple questions and made a note of my membership number then gave me the quote for annual travel insurance for my wife and myself. A very pleasant experience.
