From the moment Cheryl answered the phone my concerns and apprehensions were swiftly dealt with by this very discerning, charming young lady. Two days later I had technical problems trying to download my paper work (technophobe). My call was answered by Tim and was resolved in two minutes by emailing them to me immediately! A first rate service from a superb crew and thoroughly recommended. The insurance price was first class as well.

Sep 28,2024We returned to the CSIS annual travel insurance this year. It reverted to the way it was up until 2 years ago. The insurance does not require a medical questionnaire / screening. It is on a “Fit to Travel” basis with some exceptions for COPD etc. it is an annual policy with max individual trip of 65 days each trip. There are no age limits other than you have to start it before your 80th birthday.

We can now travel worldwide with peace of mind at a fraction of the crazy prices we were quoted elsewhere. So easy to set up and such helpful staff on the telephone. Nothing was too much trouble however trivial our questions were they were answered with professionalism and in a patient reassuring manner. I would not hesitate to recommend CSIS.
