May 27,2024This is my second year with the Civil Service Insurance Society. I note that the price has increased but to be fair, everything has gone up. The process was easy, and I do like the fact that you don't have intrusive medical questions, as with many other travel insurance companies. It seems that they just want to load the premium for any conditions that you may have had for years and is stable. I have no experience of making a claim, and hopefully never will!

May 25,2024I renewed on line, input my credit card number to be told ‘that doesn’t look like a proper number’. Of course IT IS a ‘proper number’ as I use this car for all sorts of business. HOWEVER, as with many online processes, there is no capacity to ‘challenge’ as there are no human beings to discuss this with. So I had to use another credit card to make my payment. Online renewal is, in many respects, simple, however, stuff like this is so irritating

May 25,2024This is my second year with CSIS. I have had only a small amount of dealings with them, but on each occasion they have been first class, very professional, courteous and helpful. When I renewed for the second year, I later reviewed the T & C's and noticed that they had under charged me by £100, this was due to my age at the time the renewal went live, I recontacted them and explained this, they stated that as it was their error, they would stand the loss, this was very good of them, they subsequently confirmed this by email within 10 or so minutes. I have not had to make a claim at all, but am confident that if I did, it would be dealt with professionally and quickly. Thank you CSIS and in particular - Spencer.

May 31,2024Had a medical problem on holiday and made a claim when I returned first week in April. Four weeks later I was asked for a doctor's report from my GP. June 1st tomorrow, not heard anything.
