Sep 21,2024Excellent service. We wanted to book a holiday quickly but had not got insurance. I emailed an application form on Sunday. Phoned late Monday morning to see how it was progressing. It hadn’t been seen by then but they dealt with it straightaway and, within 10 minutes, I had confirmation that we had insurance. Thanks

Sep 06,2024Does anyone have experience of claiming through this travel insurance , can you share your experience . I don’t know if I’m unlucky but I can’t get an answer to my emails My first contact with this insurance to ask for help was on 4 September, still waiting today for any reply other than an automated acknowledgement ! Seriously would avoid this company in future, I do not recommend them at all UPDATE 3 October 2024 Completed my claim form and sent with all documentation on 20 SEPTEMBER, it was signed for on 23 September , nothing from the company as yet !!! I have had to email them - ignored!! I called them but the person who will be reviewing my claim wasn't in !! I have had an unsigned email today (not even the courtesy of a phone call) and I have been told claims are dealt with in date order and mine will be reviewed as soon as they are able, in other words it's not even been looked at yet and there is no clue as to when it will be. Surely they must know how many claims they have and where mine is in the pile but no, no clue. I paid £500 for this policy and I feel the customer service is non existent. I would recommend you avoid this insurance . yes, finally claim settled minus £120 excess, who knew an excess is not per claim it is per person on the claim !!!!
