Following my application I was kept updated and the policy information was then issued speedily and accurately. All round a great service - thank you.

Feb 20,2024Straightforward on line process to take out insurance policy and prompt response when I rang to ask a question. I cannot comment on heir claims service as I have not needed to make a claim.

Feb 20,2024Taking out the insurance was easy and the price was competitive. I can't comment on the claims procedure as have only just taken out the policy. Only given 4 stars as via Boundless had to print the application form and send by post instead of being able to complete on line

Feb 20,2024Unexpected renewal sought after just 4 months. Yes i should have read small print saying all policies start 1 March but I think that is unfair and is not truly 'annual' if you get less time cover. When I queried this only received very abrupt emails.

Jan 31,2024Were extremely helpfull when I changed my car and quick with the relevant paperwork as needed. BUT, I thought the increase in premium was rather excessive. I will be re evaluating when the time comes for renewal.

Jan 31,2024The whole process was very easy. A friend had recommended the NHS retirement foundation to me and advised me of its benefits. I had already used it to make a new will and then he said that travel insurance was very good too. I'm contemplating moving any other insurance services where possible.

Jan 30,2024After trawling through mountains of depressing, penalising annual travel insurance products, and their arduous form filling requirements, it was so welcome to find the no nonsense offerings and approach of the CSIS & partners, especially NFOP. So many useful products, great information and sound advice , we are so grateful we found this and only regret not knowing about it earlier.
