Aug 04,2023Delay of over half an hour before being connected to advisor. This is second time this has happened when putting my daughter on my motoring policy in July and August. Intend to take my policy and my wife's to local broker when renewal comes up, as I already have with my house insurance.

Jul 20,2023I have recently bought a new car at the local main dealer in exchange for my old car. My car insurance has been provided by CSIS for some years. When it came to the day when I was delivering my old car and picking up the new one I found to my embarrassment that I had completely forgotten to tell CSIS about the pending transaction. However, a telephone call from the dealer's office to CSIS sorted everything out in a matter of a very few minutes. My face was saved, and my insurance transferred to my new car while I enjoyed a cup of coffee. I was mightily impressed by the cheerful efficiency of the CSIS staff, which underscored why I had dealt with them in the past.
