Nov 06,2024This is a scam company . We did change of ownership and it was confirmed that it was successful. They still keep sending bills which does not belong to us under our name. I requested the final bill and was confirmed we will have corrected bill sent out and asked me to ignore the wrong bill . Now they sent final reminder to ask me to pay. After a lot of phone calls , everyone in this team confirmed that this bill was wrong. Why they still keep sending me reminder? Is this a scam company ?

Nov 05,2024Be careful about door to door sales, didnt demonstrate the reader very well nor explain fees correctly. Got told it would save me money when i showed the sales guy my report from sumup, turns out it wont save me a penny. Also no inventory like sumup etc. Not used machine for one payment so far and dont plan to either. Cannot cancel contract even after a few days. Reader in cupboard collecting dust. READ EVERY SMALL PRINT BEFORE SIGNING! Waste of time for me, dont let sales man talk you into it, do your own maths first. Lots he didnt tell me!

Nov 05,2024Shocking company to deal with Clear Busness saleman sold us the card machine through Clear Business on what we believed was a 30 day contract from a cold call telephone call from Clear Business. Should we wish to cancel and that the card transactions were with World pay. We wished to cancel the contract and was advised that we had agreed to an 18 month term which we hadnt been clearly advised for the rental of the card machine with Clear Business but the contract with worldpay was on a 30 day contract!!!
