Absolutely abysmal customer service, I stress enough how unsatisfied I've been dealing with this company. Phones and broadband worked okay, but when there was a problem trying to get through to customer services and have the problem resolved was an absolute nightmare. A small business left without phones or broadband for over week is just not acceptable. Spending hours on the phone trying to get the problem resolved even worse. Now my contract is due, they give me 5 days notice but want 30 days notice off me to cancel.... I think not. If I thought that this review would make any difference it would make me happy but I've feeling they'll care as much about this as they did when my phones went off

I just got sim card contract with them and wanted to cancel one of them but they said it’s been live from day one and I can’t cancel it now that’s ridiculous Such a scammer
This is the most awful experience imaginable. Trying to terminate water supply with clear business is proving to be impossible. The forms to complete to terminate water supply are unnecessarily intrusive and are clearly a data mining exercise. I have contacted the help line on four separate occasions each time I am told to do something different and each time I submit the information requested I received a response saying I need to complete another online form. I am now at the point of contacting ofwat to make a formal complaint as I am making no progress. Ironically the supply, although expensive, has been problem free. Shame disengagement has to be so difficult
Following up again; now 9th November. No contact whatsoever. I am following up my review from last week. Still nothing from Clear Business. I was promised a call “as soon as the person dealing with this had dealt with one thing he was working on.” No phone call (obviously). I followed up again with a web chat on Friday and was promised a call. It’s now Tuesday 29th - nothing whatsoever. I was asked if they could “close my complaint” on the same phone call - the one they promised they’d call back on… what a joke… You have my email address & my phone number. You have my signed contract, sort yourselves out. I will be reporting this frankly ridiculous matter with a copy of all my correspondence to the Telecomms Ombudsman. Perhaps they’ll deal with it. For everyone waiting for a response from Clear Business… after 8 weeks… submit a complaint at the commsombudsman

Nov 05,2024I cant speak highly enough of ZOE from early collections. We've been having some issues and after many calls to CB we were not any closer to a resolution. That all changed when ZOE picked up the phone. Courteous, knowledgeable , friendly and understanding. She went the extra mile , and then some. Zoe is a real asset to CB and if any of the management team read this I'd encourage a pay rise for her !!!!! Thank you ZOE
