I have been with 'Kinex' now called Clear Business for several years. I decided back in May 2024 when my contract was up for renewal, to leave their service as over the years there had been several hiccups. The worst part of their service is communication. I decided to give them another chance after someone in the retention team contacted me. I should have stuck to my guns and left. It has been a nightmare every since - some SIX MONTHS and still no connection on the new digital service. Not only that, their billing is all over the place. Just been charged £7.97 supposedly for not using payment by direct debit - WRONG! Been paying by direct debit ever since I started all those years ago. Still not connected. Cut off every time I try to sort out these issues. And now - a bill for 'access charges' that i was never told about. And the saga continues.....

this is a scam company . We did change of ownership when we moved in and it was confirmed that it was successful. They still keep sending bills which does not belong to us under our name. I requested the final bill and was confirmed we will have corrected bill sent out and asked me to ignore the wrong bill . Now they sent final reminder to ask me to pay. After a lot of phone calls , everyone in this team confirmed that this bill was wrong. Why they still keep sending me reminder? Is this a scam company ?we are not even use clear business right now. also emailed complaint to the customer service. pls reply Update: can any one reply me with my complaint? no body reply email , i have listed six points which you may have to clarify. No more calling please reply in writing and explain.I wonder if you are complicating things intentionally to confuse customers into paying charges they should't be responsible for, switching representatives to handle the case each time. I switched supply and completed change of ownership on 14th Oct 2024. Why are u so scared to issue final bill and even try to ask me to pay December bill? how can u send wrong bills all the time? The only reason i can think of for you is that you're hoping I won't understand and will just pay them-is that right? pls reply my emails -stop sending auto messages.
