Oct 20,2024I had surgery twice with dr emrah celik and very very disappointed he doesnt know how to make front profile nose looks crooked i would have preferred a broad but straight nose then narrow crooked nose with wide nostrills one plus i got infection then the invited me for revision where i had to pay hospital and everything except the surgeon fees got my revision on 9th october 2024 they only thing he changed was the cartilage which was bent overtime and my nostrills which look even worse now. Dont go to him or any surgeon who don’t show the front profile and the table photos are taken from angles where your face isn’t straight but your nose is i regret having a nose job stay away from this surgeon.

Oct 19,2024Where do I start, from the get go. The communication with the clinichub team was great! From discussing the procedure and being able to talk to the surgeon to ask any questions I had in mind. Leading up to the surgery, communication increased and all logistics were taken care off, with absolutely no issues. The leading up to and after the surgery itself was professional and comforting. With the stay in the hotel also reassuring having the nurses and doctors checking up on you daily. Overall I would highly recommend Clinichub to anyone thinking of using their service. A happy client.

Oct 17,2024My experience with clinic hub was very good. They helped me every step of the way. Thankyou a lot to the communication team who always checked in on me and told me all the information I need to know making me feel secure. I went alone so having people to communicate too was really important in my journey. Thankyou to Esra and sevil and rest of the team. For my hospital stay was really amazing. The nurses are always checking in and making sure everything is okay and I felt really safe and they helped a lot in my recovery. Ans thankyou to dr emrah who did my rhinoplasty, was very kind and listen to what you want so I am ready to keep healing and see results. The hotel they have you stay in is very nice and it’s amazing because there is nurses and doctors in the hotel who are checking in everyday. I think this is really amazing and shows clinic hub is an amazing place to pick if you want a surgery!

Oct 12,2024Clinichub!!! What an experience...From the pre-ops support to the transfer from airport, to running all tests, the surgery itself and the post-ops, it was a smooth sail. Nothing to complain about. The staff went over and above. They don't speak English but all got translator on their phone so we understand each other well. They come to check on you now and then, encourage you to get up and even walk with you!! They are really amazing!! This is a big shout out to my Surgeon Dr.Ahmet Sirinocak, Esra, Ozge,Yigit,Sevil and of course my Darling Neval!!! Ekin and Evin from Denthub, you ladies are lovely!! Ebru, you are so lovely if you get to see this review!! I'd also like to say a big thank you to the tireless Nurses with their ready smiles and support day and night. Thank you to the motherly Sercan whose touch will calm your nerves, the lovely Rabia, Disha, Eda, Sabahattin, Berat and many more I can't remember the names. I am grateful!! To my amazing Bariatric Champions, Nat, Onyie, Tessy, lovely ladies I am fortunate to meet, thank you for all the tips, advises and encouragement. You are the best!! And without forgetting Debby Oscar, whose video made me do this, thank you for coming out with that video!! I will totally recommend Clinichub over and over again!!!

Oct 07,2024Clinic hub went above and beyond and absolutely exceeded any expectations I had. I had a very smooth and positive experience and would 100% recommend them to anyone. This is something I’ve wanted since a very young age and looking at myself today I can confidently say that I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Doctor Samil is amazing at what he does and the entire team couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive!!

Oct 07,2024I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr Eymen Oruç through Clinichub and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The whole experience was so well planned out that it left little room for me to stress or worry. They arranged all the transfers, the hospital stay, and we stayed in a lovely hotel. All the Clinichub staff were amazing and looked after me so well, with regular check ups from both doctors and nurses to assist whenever needed. There was always somebody on hand to help if I needed anything or had any questions and made sure that I had everything I needed. Dr Eymen is an incredibly talented surgeon who achieved all my aesthetic and functional goals and I will be forever grateful to both him and Clinichub.

Oct 06,2024I am very grateful I chose Clinichub. I did communicate with other agencies before landing on this one but none were as good. For organization I would give them 10/10 and for communication I will land on 9/10. Before even coming to Turkey they planned everything in my file, which I had access to at all times including flights, hotel, information about the surgery, my surgeon, and what to do to prepare the best. I am a planning freak so this eased me. I came to Turkey with my boyfriend on 23rd September 2024 and I was taken directly to the hospital for my pre-op and then to the hotel. Since my rhinoplasty surgery was on the 25th we had time to explore the city the next day. I also got an extra glutathione treatment that is optional and again was clearly explained to me by the staff. On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly and because the nurses do not speak English we had a coordinator with us at all times to finalize all the paperwork and payments if needed. Afterwards, I had an in-person consultation with Dr. YOU and he explained to me what I can realistically expect based on my existing features and on my skin type. I was a bit nervous since my nose had a very sharp bump and I was not sure what to expect but I also knew that the perfect "Barbie Nose" was not possible for my face harmony. The hospital room was massive and my boyfriend had the choice between a couch or a chair which both pulled out as beds! He also got given hospital meals. The nurses were amazing (despite the language barrier) they checked up on me every so often to check my blood pressure, provided me with painkillers and antibiotics & iced my face. Doctor YOU came to me in the morning and showed me the table pictures and I really liked them despite my reservations before. I could not believe my nose looked that cute! I had loads of bruising the following days but the after-care from the Clinichub nurses and doctors was spot on and I could ask questions anytime. Even when the nurse or doctor was not availabel I had Abir, Esra, Miray and Ozge on WhatsApp at all times. The only reason I would give 9/10 for communication is because after leaving the country I had little hiccups when asking for after-care instructions and table pictures. Everything else was perfect. The organization of the whole thing was top-notch, the agency has a lot of experience handling patients from all around the world. I couldn't be more grateful for choosing Clinichub. From the moment I began communicating with them until the final steps of my recovery, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to their meticulous attention to detail and outstanding service. Clinichub took care of everything—from communication with the surgeon to arranging consultations, organizing my surgery, and making sure everything at the clinic ran smoothly. Upon arriving in Turkey, we were met by a taxi arranged by Clinichub, which took us directly to the hospital. After the initial blood test, we were transferred to a beautiful hotel they had also organized. This hotel became our haven during the recovery period, offering excellent facilities like a sauna, swimming pool, and a top-notch restaurant that provided a comforting retreat after my procedure. One standout moment for me was on the day of the surgery. Clinichub made sure that the hospital operation specialist named Maryam stood by me to help me on this big day. She not only acted as a translator between myself, the anesthesiologist, the surgeon, and the nursing staff but also went above and beyond in her support. Her English was clear and easy to understand, which greatly helped ease any anxiety I had. Maryam was incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. She was particularly wonderful with my mother, who was understandably nervous. While I was in surgery, Maryam made sure my mother was comfortable and well-informed. I can’t express how much her presence and dedication meant to us—she is a truly hard-working and caring professional.

Oct 05,2024I can't even tell one bad thing about my experience with Clinichub. My doctor was Emrah Celik and he was the coolest doctor ever. He immediately gave me the feeling of being good in his job. Every worker at Clinichub was super nice and helpful and always there for me. My surgery went well I'm at day 6 right now and I didn't feel any pain or inconvenience till now. I didn't even got any bruises just a minimal swelling. I'm super excited about the next months and I would definitely recommend this clinic and doctor Celik for everyone!

Oct 05,2024Clinic Hub couldn’t have looked after me any better. From communication to organization I would give 10/10. I come to turkey on the 25th of September to undergo rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Eymen. He knew exactly what was up with my nose during my consultation before my surgery (however it was very quick which made me slightly anxious in case he didn’t grasp exactly what I wanted) despite this, he was so gentle - I had little to no bruising and only slight swelling after my surgery and I really liked my table pictures!! The hospital was spotless, the room was massive and my boyfriend had the choice between a couch or a chair which both pulled out as beds! He also got given hospital meals. The nurses were amazing (despite the language barrier) they checked up on me every so often to check my blood pressure, provide me with pain killers and antibiotics & iced my face. As for the clinic hub team, they really made me feel safe & looked after and gave me the opportunity to have constant communication through a group chat. Marayam, Miray, Ekin, Estra & Özge thank you so much ❤️ Not to forget the Dr’s & nurses who were scheduled to check up on me every day once back at the hotel ✨ I am so grateful I chose clinic hub as getting any sort of surgery can have such an affect on you not just physically, but emotionally. I had little to no stress during my stay & all I had to do is show up for my surgery, rest and recover - everything else was handled by clinic hub. Thank you again, Lauren x

Oct 04,2024The clinic hub staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. I was able to ask questions and be reassured about aspects of the surgery process and after care. I would have liked to see them a bit more during the hospital stay just because communicating with the medical staff was very difficult because none of them spoke English. I think there should at least be one person who does because it is very dangerous for after surgery to not be able to tell them if something is wrong because they will not understand what you are saying. The medical staff were okay and a few of them were so nice and helpful with anything I need but some were very rough and not so gentle with how they care for you. I know it is maybe a cultural thing but it was very scary at times the way things would move so fast. Even the doctor would only be in the room talking to me for maybe 2 minutes and then would head out. So I felt unable to really ask questions. When I was going to get my surgery on the day it was very fast and I felt panicked because I couldn’t communicate with the doctor and nurses. My dieticians were lovely and my support team were also so nice, neval and yigit were both very helpful and very good at their jobs and my dieticians Ebru and Eda were also very lovely and helpful with the pre-op and Post-op diet. If it were just about the clinic hub staff then they would get 4 stars but my hospital experience was slightly less pleasing and so we land on 3 stars overall.

Sep 27,2024Overall I had a great experience with Clinichub. At first I was surprised that most of the communication happens through WhatsApp rather emails but it turns out to be the most convenient way. I still message them when I have any post op questions and I am very happy with my dietician Eda Hayta who always answers quick and gives me a clear response. I gave it 3 star because I felt my experience in the hospital could have been better. I advise anyone to travel with someone because they do accommodate a plus 1 and you’ll definitely need someone to speak up for you after surgery. Because the translators aren’t always around, your +1 can use a translator app or google translate to speak to the nurses. I had a gastric sleeve done at Bolge Hospital. Even though I expressed what I needed at the time I feel it wasn’t emphasised due to the language barrier. Particularly regarding pain relief. I know in the UK there are regular medications and then there are medications as per patient request if the doctor prescribed it. At times it took too long before I got my next round of pain relief and I was told to walk of the gas pains when it was actually my jaw and head hurting more from intubation. I wanted to know all the medications I’m getting and what time they were scheduled for because there were times were I could have used a dose of pain relief to aid my recovery. Most of the time I could only guess what medication I was receiving. I remember only two nurses that told me what they were giving me. Another thing was that I expressed that the bolus injection of pain relief was given too fast, that it burns and it would always make me vomit which was counterproductive to me being dehydrated. At the end I told one of the other patients who could speak Turkish to tell the nurses to dilute the pain relief in a small saline bag to which they said they understood. Later they still came with the pain relief as a bolus injection and I had to remind them again that it would make me throw up. I could say more but this review is already so long. I do hope that the hospital will take note to treat the patients better before finding out that they are dealing with healthcare professionals themselves.

Whilst in the hospital Neval,Yiğit and Eda really helped with everything and followed up on everything I needed and I'm really grateful for their help and support. All of the communication specialists I spoke with were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make things as stress free as possible.
