Nov 12,2024I recently visited Clinichub for the second time for nose surgery, and I have to say, the clinic itself has shown impressive improvements since my first visit. They’re more organized, and the staff is now more punctual and professional. It’s clear they’ve made an effort to improve their operations, which definitely enhances the patient experience. However, my experience with the surgeons has been a bit mixed. While the clinic itself is top-notch and I’d recommend it for its organization and quality care, the individual surgeons varied in terms of approach and attention to detail. If you’re considering a procedure, I’d suggest discussing your expectations thoroughly with the surgeon beforehand to ensure alignment. Overall, I would recommend clinichub] for anyone looking for a well-run and organized facility. I hope they continue to build on their recent improvements!

The customer service and care is so amazing, I never thought i’d feel comfortable getting any operation done internationally especially where I don’t speak the language or have never been before. Everything was dealt with in a way that caused me no stress and there were no issues throughout my whole trip.

Nov 10,2024Clinichub was in constant communication and the nurses were incredible sweet. However, post op, I was in a lot of pain and I understand they need approval before giving more pain medication but they initially took an hour to even respond. Normally, that’s a reasonable amount of time but I was in way too much pain and after that hour, it took almost 5-6 hours for the doctor to get back to them to approve the medication. I was in tears by that point because the pain was unbearable. Other than that, Clinichub was great and ensured a smooth process for me

Nov 10,2024From the pick up at the air port to the drop off, the whole experience was very comfortable and I felt cared for the whole time. Hotel was great and staff were all so helpful can’t complain at all, hospital stay was fine as well but of course I was dealing with the pain. Hospital room was nice and whenever I needed anything they were always helpful. Check ups back at the hotel to make sure everything was ok and medications prescribed which was great. Healing process was hard the first few days but a lot better now, no struggle on the plane. Boobs look great although I’ve only had surgery 10 days ago so won’t see how they really look for a while but so far so good :) will be booking with clinic hub for any future surgeries and dr onur was great, genuinely a nice man and understood what I wanted well

Nov 10,2024I have nothing bad to say, honestly the best clinic in Turkey!!! The whole process was so smooth it was unbelievable. From the enquiry over the phone, to the travel, the surgery… literally set everything out and it all went to plan dead on time. The staff themselves were so amazing i felt so safe and cared for throughout the process and i am in love with my Rhinoplasty results!!!

Nov 09,2024It was nice experience. Clinichub communication team (Esra,Ozge,Sevil,Neval and Yigit) are so amazing thank you all for being very organized and making every step so easy. Special thanks to dr Ahmet Sirinocak for the surgery and aftercare, dietitian Eda, and all the nurses for always being very supportive. I am 5 days post op and I don't have any regrets. I'm glad I chose Clinichub.

Nov 02,2024The surgeon and his team were really professional and skilled. I felt so safe and secure while staying in the hospital as everyone was so caring and dedicated to provide the best care. I would absolutely recommend this surgeon and his team. I also had a great experience staying at the hotel. The nurses visiting me were very kind and professional. The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel’s staff were incredibly welcoming. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was flawless, as well. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I was placed with dr.Yusuf and i couldn’t be more grateful to have gotten an opportunity to work with him. This doctor gave me the exact rhinoplasty i’ve been wanting my whole life. Easy communication, easy transportation, thorough explanation for aftercare & medication and a beautiful week visiting istanbul during day 3-4 & 5 after surgery. Don’t miss out on Dr.YOU’s clinic. If you are contemplating, just do it. You will not regret it.

Oct 25,2024It has been a good experience so far, ClinicHub has been very helpful throughout the whole rhinoplasty process. The first transfer from the airport was a bit long and messy because of all the different people there (you also will probably be with another person in the van, so keep it in mind. I found it great, especially if you go alone because you can make a surgery friend, for support.), but when you arrive at the hotel, it’s quite smooth. Everyone will be incredibly nice, from the locals to the ClinicHub workers. You get nurses/doctors visits everyday at the hotel (5 stars for the Arjan by Rotana, where everyone is used to people coming for surgery), at least for rhinoplasties so you feel quite safe. But go with a friend if you can, it is very helpful. To get your cast off, you go the the surgeons office, a very modern and luxurious building (great place to discover your new nose), with a cheerful and professional team that made me feel at ease. One point that has been difficult for me, was just before surgery (note that you get a private room at the clinic, with a couch-bed for the person with you). The nurse will help you get dressed (if you’re shy, tell them right away), and the iv left me with bruises on my hand (if you’re sensitive, ask them to put it elsewhere). If you feel that something is off, speak up right away and they will help. For my surgeon, I can’t recommend doctor Burak Erkmen enough! Especially for ethnic rhinoplasties. Even though he hasn’t got many people’s experience on his Insta (I believe he hasn’t been with ClinicHub for a long time so his prices are affordable for now), he truly exceeded all my expectations. He definitely is going to be a busy surgeon in the futur. Trust him with your eyes closed! *tip : show pictures of what you DON’T want, as well as the pictures of what you want. He understood my vision perfectly.

Oct 24,2024Today it's been a week since I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Samil. The work he did on my nose was wonderful, in addition to being a very attentive and careful doctor he was very professional and realistic with my expectations. After the surgery I spent the night at the clinic and it was very good, every time there was a nurse checked how I was, when I needed help there was someone to help me, really this night at the clinic was better than I imagined. I had all the nursing and medical support at the hotel that went every day to see how I was doing. About the clinc Hub team they were the best, answering any questions and organised my stay. I was transferred to any service that involved the clinic. The hotel is 10/10 wonderful. Leave it here, my experience was wonderful, and many thanks to the whole team that has been supporting me these days, you were wonderful.

From the moment we landed in Istanbul till we left we felt taken care of. Dr Eymen who performed my surgery has a calm and gentle approach which was very reassuring. Happy with the results and highly recommend him.

Oct 22,2024Clinichub team was amazing, they arranged everything from A to Z. The transportation was excellent they drove me from the airport to the hospital to the hotel and to the airport again. Friendly nurses and doctors visited me everyday to make sure I am doing OK. The surgeon Dr. Samil Sahin is incredibly understanding and trustworthy. Thank you guys for making my journey comfortable.

From the moment I booked my procedure, they took care of every single detail, making the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. They coordinated all my transportation, hospital care, and after-surgery recovery with such professionalism. Every day, they checked in on me to ensure I was healing well, which made me feel so well-supported and cared for. The team was incredibly attentive and made me feel like a priority from start to finish. Even the smallest details were handled with care, ensuring that I never felt lost or unsure during the process. One area for improvement, which I mention only because I know ClinicHub is always looking for ways to enhance their services, is communication between staff members. At times, I was asked the same questions or I was given different instructions from different staff members, which could be streamlined. However, this also shows how incredibly dedicated the team is to making sure every base is covered and that you have an awesome experience, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend ClinicHub to anyone considering this procedure. The dedication to patient care is outstanding! Thank you to the entire ClinicHub team and Dr. Samil Sahin (a true artist) for such an incredible experience.

Nov 13,2024I didn’t feel nervous or lost in any way or minute of my experience thanks to how attentive the staff were. I felt welcomed and my doctor, which was Sahin, was very honest about the expectations of my nose and explained things meticulously, and he did a great job overall.
