Dec 28,2024My experience with Clinic Hub was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, I’m extremely happy with the results of my surgery and truly grateful to Dr. Onur for his exceptional work. The nurses, especially at Academic Hospital, were incredible—kind, professional, and attentive. I can’t say enough good things about them. Özge, Esra, and Sevil were fantastic in addressing my messages and concerns promptly, which made me feel cared for and supported throughout the process. However, my experience with Maryam, the operations specialist, was disappointing. She lacked empathy and seemed more focused on collecting payments than ensuring my comfort or well-being. At one point, she attempted to add additional tests at an extra cost, claiming they were recommended by the surgeon. If these tests were necessary, they should have been included in the original quote, not sprung on me last minute. What made the situation worse was her lack of sensitivity. While I had a cannula in my hand, she made me write and sign a waiver stating that I was refusing the additional tests. This was incredibly uncomfortable and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Her approach felt cold and transactional, which is the last thing you want when undergoing surgery. Despite this, I’m beyond satisfied with the results and incredibly grateful to Dr. Onur and the amazing nursing team who truly made the experience worthwhile. I hope Clinic Hub addresses the concerns with their operations staff to ensure future patients have a seamless experience from start to finish.

Dec 27,2024To ClinicHub and Dr. Emrah, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and assurance I experienced throughout my rhinoplasty journey. From start to finish, the care I received was remarkable. While the process seemed to go by a little quicker than I had expected, it was evident that Dr. Emrah has truly magical hands. He recreated almost exactly what I had envisioned and asked for, and for that, I’m incredibly thankful. Now at day 13 of my recovery, I understand that no two recovery journeys are alike. While the recovery itself can be more challenging than one might anticipate, everything else about my experience was exceptional. The kindness, hospitality, and professionalism shown by the nurses and staff made the overall process feel seamless and comforting. While there were moments of slight language barriers with some staff, it was never a significant issue as there was always someone available with stronger English skills to assist promptly and effectively. My consultation with Dr. Emrah was relatively brief, but this is completely understandable given the number of patients he sees and how highly sought-after he is. Now that I’ve been through this process, I truly see why he is so desired as a surgeon. Thank you for everything—from the hospitality to the outstanding surgical care. Dec 25,2024I had a wonderful experience with ClinicHub. The way patient care and support are organized is truly outstanding! Even before my journey to Turkey began, the staff were always in touch with me via WhatsApp, ready to answer any question at any time and providing detailed information about every stage of my trip. Transfer: Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, my husband and I easily found the ClinicHub representatives, who were waiting for us to take us first to the hospital for my blood tests and then to the hotel. Hotel: We absolutely loved our hotel. The rooms were clean, furnished with new furniture, and the bathroom fixtures, towels, and bedding were in excellent condition. The room had large panoramic windows offering a beautiful view of Istanbul. Breakfast was included in the stay and consisted of a rich buffet with a wide variety of dishes, fruits, and sweets. Hospital and Surgery: Each patient is given a private room where they spend the night after surgery. The room includes a sofa bed for one accompanying person. Everything was new and clean, and the nurses were always ready to help. The only thing we didn’t particularly like was being rushed out of the hospital the next morning to be taken back to the hotel. We weren’t given time for breakfast, and the nurse who administered my IV antibiotics and painkillers set the infusion at a very high speed (likely to finish it faster). This was unpleasant and caused discomfort. Post-Operative Care: The post-operative care was exceptional! At the hotel, there was a team of nurses and a doctor who were always available to help. Every morning, a nurse would visit me first to measure my blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen saturation. Shortly afterward, the doctor would come to examine me, explain how to properly care for my nose, and answer all my questions. There was only one unpleasant experience I’d like to share: after my cast was removed, we were offered a kit of medications for post-surgery nose care over the next few months. The kit included an antibiotic cream, scar care cream, saline spray, some vitamins, a set of tapes, and an additional nasal splint. The total cost of the kit was €130. While all these items are undoubtedly essential, the price was disproportionately high. We were convinced to purchase it, but I quickly realized I could have bought the same items at a pharmacy for 3–4 times less. This left a bit of a negative impression because ClinicHub is such a high-level company, and selling a few creams, a spray, and some tape at such a high price doesn’t match your standards. If this could be improved, it would be fantastic. Overall, I am incredibly happy with my experience and the professionalism of the team! I will definitely recommend ClinicHub to my family and friends. Wishing you all the best and continued success!

Dec 23,2024Hello. Im from Norway and I had my surgery with dr. Y.O.Ucal in march 2024. I also went back for my check ups. It’s been 10 months and I’m superhappy with my results and the journey. Turkey is very safe. Everybody is friendly. They speak good English. Food is delicious. The hotel has a nice outdoor (and indoor) pool with so much sun ☀️ I loved EVERYTHING!! 10 of 🔟 !! Thank u Clinichub!!

From the very beginning, the support I received was exceptional. The PreOp team was incredibly attentive, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable with every step of the process. They answered all my questions promptly and provided detailed information, which made me feel confident and at ease. During the operation, the surgical team was outstanding. Their professionalism and expertise were evident, and they made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and comfortable. The care and attention I received were top-notch, and I felt completely safe in their hands. PostOp, the support continued to be amazing. The nurses and support staff were always available, checking in regularly to ensure my recovery was going well. They addressed any concerns I had with kindness and expertise, making sure I was comfortable and on the right track to recovery. Overall, my experience with Clinichub was fantastic. The comprehensive support I received before, during, and after the surgery made a significant difference in my journey. I highly recommend Clinichub to anyone considering weight loss surgery. Dec 23,2024Clinic Hub team is so helpful. I love that that they have different groups for whatsapp which makes communication so easy. They are with you every step of the way. Answer all your questions . Dr Celik was also amazing. Can’t wait to see my long term results. The hotel nurses and doctor are also so helpful. They make the recovery process much easier. I love the post op team too. It has been reassuring whenever I’ve had questions post surgery and needed clarity. Would definitely go back to clinic hub for other procedures.

Dec 21,2024I’m so happy I chose to go through with Clinichub and get my rhinoplasty done by Dr.Yusuf, the staff are absolutely amazing and so attentive and helpful. I came by myself and felt so safe and taken care of. Dr.Yusuf listened to exactly what I wanted and was clear with the results would look like and absolutely delivered. I’m so excited for my healing journey I can’t recommend clinic hub and Dr.Yusuf more.

Dec 21,2024Since getting back from Istanbul on the 18th I have not stopped recommending them to all my family and friends. I went for Rhinoplasty with Dr Samil Sahin, so a pretty extensive surgery which I was nervous with. From beginning to end I was really well looked after by the entire team at clinic hub, I didn’t have to even think for myself it was amazing! The minute I flew in, there were transfers waiting and took me to the hospital to get my bloods, I had all of the clinic hub numbers that I needed to keep me updated with times of transfers in the morning and who I will be seeing the morning of my op, one of which was Fatemah who is the translator, she’s so lovely, she spends a lot of time with you on the morning going through paperwork and translating all of the doctors and nurses questions. Next Samil came in and he is so calming and he is brutally honest which you should want from your surgeon rather than someone that can say he can give you the world and then realise it would look silly on your face, he goes through all your wishes and dislikes and tells you what will or won’t work with your face and for the reasons. Surgery time and they took me down to theatre, I’ve heard dramatic stories of this for example (being strapped down and them not speaking English etc) let me clear this up, you do get strapped in which you do at your home country as well but you’re asleep first where as in turkey you’re still awake but this is wildly dramatised, it’s a felt cover you lay on that they slip onto your arms (I was expecting belts and everything), secondly, they don’t speak English, let’s be real, you have gone to turkey for surgery, they are going to be speaking their native tongue, this personally didn’t bother me because even if I understand their language I wouldn’t understand surgery gibberish so why do they need to speak English, you’ll be no help even if you did understand what they’re saying, anything they need from you they show you and guide you, for example the hoops on your arms etc. Post surgery, still in hospital I sneezed and it was stressful, there was blood everywhere, the nurses RAN into my room and comforted me and my partner and the nurses and doctors visited my hotel room every day and checked on me, any questions I had I messaged the clinichub nurse and they got back to you straight away!! I also recommend getting into a group chat with other people going through clinic hub with your surgeon. Post op day 5 I was again whisked off in my transfer by clinic hub to get my cast off and met more of the clinic hub staff and seen my surgeon again! I cannot express enough how much I have enjoyed this experience. I understand turkey have been left with a bad rep of being botched but please you’re doing to hear the bad before you hear about the good and this clinic have got you 100% they are truly lovely!! Dec 15,2024Had my nose done and honestly can say clinic up really looked after me while I was there. They called to check up on me and although I changed my dr last minute they still went above and beyond to get me a dr that I was more comfy able with. The hotel they put me in was great the staff were amazing I didn’t feel like anyone looked at me funny while I was healing, I was actually happy to see other people going through the same thing as me while I stayed there. I was scared but after day three it was a walk in the park. I do feel like they could keep more in touch after your leave. But other than that it was a good experience.

Dès l'arriver à la clinique tout est mis en place pour notre bien-être et notre sécurité j'ai été accueilli par la coordinatrice et les infirmières qui m'ont rassuré et mis à l'aise. Les infirmières de l'hôtel toutes super gentilles et opérationnelles. Toute est parfaitement bien expliquer et appliquer surtout. Merci à Clinichub Fatemah, Abir et toute l'équipe d'infirmière Et surtout merci au magicien dr Hasan Ozan Kurt.

Dec 14,2024From the very first moment, everyone in the team was incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous. I had a Turkish-speaking companion with me, but communication was no problem as everyone, both in the hospital and in the hotel, spoke very good English. The sales coordinator asked before I left if I spoke English - if I didn't, they even offered me a translator. That was very thoughtful. Everyone on the team was so lovely and made you feel like you could ask questions at any time without it being annoying. Rümeysa was my contact person at the hotel, she was always there, super nice and welcoming. At the hospital, Imene and Nihal took excellent care of the organization - they were also just kind and helpful. It was always possible to write via WhatsApp if you had any questions or needed important information - Esra, Özge and Sevil took care of everything. The written contact was always quick and very friendly. The nurses at the hospital and hotel were also always friendly, patient and very accommodating. A nurse came by every day, as well as a post-op doctor. I really liked the 24/7 care. Dr. Emrah Celik took a lot of time to explain everything in detail - he's a very friendly and warm doctor who you don't notice the stress at all. I'm really looking forward to my final result and would book with Clinichub again at any time. It was an all-round positive experience - many thanks to the whole team!💗

From start to finish everything was organised and I was kept up to date, the coordinators made everything so easy and stress free for me and I cant thank them enough, they are a big factor into why my experience was so good. I am due to take my second cast off in a few days and so excited to see the results!

My coordinator answered all my questions and helped throughout the process. They have such an amazing and extremely organized team. From the Airport transfer, to accommodation, pre and post op all I can say is they were there giving all the necessary attention and support. Hotel staff, nurses, coordinators, Vilma and my Dr Emrah Celik were very attentive and caring making me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. If you are thinking about getting a procedure done, I recommend ClinicHub 1000%

My doctor Onur Akman was amazing - very kind and amazing at the breast augmentation as mine have healed perfectly. All nurses where amazing and communications from Özge, Sevil & Esra where great at communicating everything to me. I would highly recommend Clinichub and wouldn’t go anywhere else 😆
