Dec 03,2024Everything was very nice especially the surgeons, they are unique, caring,kind,respectful and outstanding. I never had a surgeon that can compare to there way of kind heart. I will say some of the staff nurses were unapproachable and had no sense in caring and face looked mean always when speaking or greeting them. But everything else was excellent.

Silvi, Mine, Selcan, and Arooj ensured everything went smoothly and were incredibly supportive throughout the process. The nursing staff took great care of me, and every detail, from transportation to anything I needed, was handled perfectly. Thanks to their support, my recovery has been so much easier. Nov 28,2024I had a very positive experience with clinichub. The coordinators excelled in their communication regarding transportation, hotel accommodations, and hospital visits. I appreciated the daily doctor visits and the nurse check-ups. My surgery was successful, and I was genuinely pleased with the results, especially when Dr. Eymen removed the cast. He is a highly skilled professional, and I felt quite emotional seeing my new nose for the first time. The medical team provided comprehensive after care instructions, ensuring everything was clearly explained both verbally and in writing. I wholeheartedly recommend Clinichub and Dr. Eymen.

Nov 28,2024I landed at Sabiha Gökçen Airport on October 28th and a VIP vehicle came and picked us up from there and we went directly to the emergency room and they took blood from me. Afterwards, we stayed at the Arjaan By Rothana Hotel and we were very pleased. The breakfast, staff were very good and the room service was very fast. My mother came with me as a companion and she was very pleased. The process at the hospital went very well and I had a rhinoplasty surgery by Doctor Burak Erkmen. He made the nose of my dreams and I had a breathing problem and he solved it. Everything went very well after the surgery and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. So my mother and I felt like we were on vacation. I recommend it to everyone, you can trust Doctor Burak with your eyes closed. THANK YOU SO MUCH CLINICHUB TEAM❤️

Nov 23,2024Hi, To keep it short, I am satisfied with your clinic, especially with Dr. Ozan. Everything in life has its good and bad sides. Since you asked for my feedback, I want to share my honest experience. The positive aspect was that everything went very quickly—blood tests, registration, admission to the hospital, transportation from the hotel—everything was fast, and this felt good. However, what made me feel slightly uneasy was the lack of information at the hospital when I was given anesthesia, medications, and other treatments. Here in Norway, I am used to healthcare professionals informing me before giving an injection or administering anesthesia so that I can be prepared. It felt strange and unsettling to receive anesthesia without being informed. It was even more uncomfortable when I was being taken to the operating room, and anesthesia was administered while I was in the middle of a conversation. I suddenly felt dizzy, and when I turned to look, I saw the nurse holding the syringe. Then, I was brought to the operating room and given another strong injection without any explanation. While I was trying to say something, the mask was placed over my face. Of course, this isn’t a major issue, but it did create some insecurity for me. I wish I had been informed beforehand with something like: “Now we’re going to give you a sedative” or “Now you’ll receive anesthesia.” Lastly, I fully understand that hotel check-out time is 12 PM everywhere. I travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels, so I am aware of this policy. However, your clinic has taken responsibility for someone who has undergone surgery and might feel unwell. I was not informed at the hospital that I would need to wait at the hotel until check-out time, so I agreed to leave immediately. If I had been told that I would need to wait in the hotel corridor with nausea, dizziness, and pain for four hours, I would have said I’d rather wait two hours longer at the hospital before returning to the hotel. But no one informed me. The day after the surgery, I sat in the corridor for four hours with extreme pain, severe swelling that burned, nausea, and dizziness. I had a panic attack because everything became overwhelming while I was sitting there. When you take responsibility for someone in such a medical condition, you should ensure that a room or at least a proper space is ready for the patient. This is a medical situation, not a vacation. Overall, I feel there was a lack of communication between the team guiding me through the process and the hospital. Other than that, everything else went well. I would recommend your clinic to others, but I hope the communication and adjustments improve in the future.

From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive. Andreea, was the first person that I've been in contact with months before the actual procedure. She answered all my questions thoroughly, and by the time my procedure date came, I felt completely informed and at ease. The communication team (Esra, Moray & Özge) have provided all the important information prior my arrival and while I was there. What impressed me the most was the level of care and attention to detail. Even though the hospital nurses didn’t speak English too well, Neval and Yiğit were always available—day or night—to accompany me through every step of the process. They were with me during all the pre-op tests, ensuring I felt safe and fully supported. I also want to give a special mention to Ebru, the dietician at ClinicHub, who has been an incredible support during my journey and will be monitoring my progress for the next two years. Also, I can’t thank Dr. Ahmet Şirinocak enough for his excellent work as my surgeon. He reassured me every step of the way, ensuring the surgery was a success and that the scars would be minimal. I would highly recommend ClinicHub to anyone seeking high-quality medical services. Their expertise and dedication to patient care truly set them apart. I never saw in my life which the receptionist ask me to open hotel windows and let my room door open for getting cold instead of providing better room .Not good hotel at all reason is not air conditioning.simply blaming the hotel instead of providing better environment. Otherwise nurses and doctors are wonderfu breakfast too

Nov 18,2024I don't know where to start with this company I'm 6 weeks post op currently And I'm beyond happy with my results my surgeon Dr ozan kurt. Absolutely brilliant his aftercare is also fantastic we are still in weekly contact I booked 3 months before my surgery and clinic club where in touch more or less every week with updates on what I should expect a WhatsApp group was set up a few days before with all the information once I arrived I took my husband we had a private car collect us from the airport the hotel was fantastic we had to pay 100 deposit to the hotel but that's their rule not clinic hub Hotel was lovely food Fantastic and reasonably prices the coffee shops 2 minutes away outstanding I had a tummy tuck bbl and 360 lipo the hospital wasthe best I'd seen and stayed in very clean nurses fantastic I had to have two blood transfusions at 250 pound a time so please I'd suggest taking a extra £1000 as the aftercare also needed was the lymphatic drainage massage they were £50 each daily for the remainder of my stay and ket me tell you if I hadn't of had them my results wouldn't of been so good I'd also recomend them for a month after arriving back home Dr ozan visited 6 times during my recovery and he was on hand if I had questions I was very nervous but I had no need I was in very safe hands couldn't fault them at all they even looked after my husband whilst I was recovering gave him food and drinks when he needed The care we recieved was fantastic and a shamed to say the best care ive ever recieved and i certainly wouldnt of get the amount of care from the nhs in the uk im that happy im going back next year to have a nhs botch up fixed with the same surgeon Im a 43 year old mum with 5 children with no medical issues I wanted to leave this review once I was 6 weeks post op to give a clear review for people thinking of booking as turkey have alot of bad press for botch up surgery's my surgeon has fixed many many botch ups from bad surgerys and hes got fantastic results please if I can give any advice to anyone don't go with the cheap prices go for the best surgeon he's a specialist in his field Dr ozan kurt and he only works with clinic hub I did 2 years of research I knew once I met Dr ozan I had made the right choice and best decision and he has literally changed my life my confidence is high and and smiling again all thanks to him and the fantastic team at clinichub see.you in the summer

Nov 17,2024Looking for a good clinic in Turkey was honestly pretty overwhelming because there are so many options. It took me months, but I eventually found ClinicHub. What really sold me was that they have a home base in the UK. Even though I’m from the US, that made me feel like it was a legit and safe choice. Their customer service was great, and all it took was a small deposit to lock in my surgery. That said, things got a bit stressful right before my trip with all the WhatsApp group chats they kept creating. It felt like there were too many people involved, and I wasn’t always sure who I was supposed to be talking to, especially since my patient coordinator kept changing. Even though it was a bit chaotic, I will say they were super responsive and always got back to me quickly, usually the same day. When I landed in Turkey, as expected, the airport was hectic with all the taxi drivers and vendors, but ClinicHub made it pretty easy to figure out where to go. They sent a video and clear instructions a couple of days before, which definitely helped. Once I got to the hotel, there were a lot more WhatsApp messages about pick-ups, times, and locations, but the hotel itself was amazing. It felt like it was set up specifically for people recovering from surgery, with ClinicHub reps and even nurses and doctors on-site. It was comforting knowing I wasn’t the only one hobbling back to my room looking like I’d been hit by a truck! The only downside was how far the hotel was from the clinic and hospital. Istanbul traffic is no joke, and every taxi ride took over an hour. That was pretty rough when you’re fresh out of surgery and in pain. The hotel food was pretty good, and breakfast was included for ClinicHub patients, but you had to go downstairs to eat unless you wanted to pay full price for room service. That proved to be pretty difficult for me as I was in a lot of pain for days and could barely get out of bed. Lunch and dinner weren’t included, but they were super affordable, and I never had to wait for a table. The hotel staff and cleaning service were awesome too, so no complaints there. What really stood out to me was the care I got after surgery. I was barely able to move when I got back to the hotel, but a team of three nurses and a doctor came straight to my room with a medical bag full of everything I needed. They got me sorted, gave me my meds, and checked on me every day. Even though they didn’t speak much English, they used their phones to translate and made sure I was comfortable. That level of care was such a relief, especially since I’d heard horror stories about other clinics where patients were left on their own. On top of that, my surgeon, Dr. Hasan Ozan Kurt, was amazing. He even came by to check on me personally after the surgery, which really put me at ease. This was my first-ever surgery, and even though there were a few hiccups, the good far outweighed the bad. I’m so glad I trusted ClinicHub, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They made a scary process so much easier, and I’m genuinely happy with how everything turned out.

The nurses/Healthcare assistants were caring and i wasn’t waiting around for ages to have my surgery which was great because i was very nervous. Nurse/doctor checkups daily in the hotel to ensure healing is going well and if you need to ask any questions. 100% recommend to anyone for rhinoplasty!🩷

From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The team made me feel at ease right away, from the airport pick-up to my free dental X-ray at Dental Hub, to getting checked into the hospital. Every step of the process felt effortless because of how well they managed everything. The surgery itself went great, and the aftercare was even better. My surgeon, Dr. Ahmet Şirinocak, was absolutely amazing. He checked on me daily after the procedure, gave me advice, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He really listened to me and respected my concerns, which made such a difference. I knew I was in good hands with him. A special shoutout to my translators, Yiğit and Neval. They were incredible! They answered all my questions, handled my requests with patience and care, and even followed up with me after I got home. Yiğit also helped me sort out my supplements and recommended a great pharmacy, which was such a big help. The nurses were another highlight of my stay—especially Ladin and Sercan. They were so kind, attentive, and just amazing at what they do. They truly made my recovery so much easier, and I felt so cared for with them around. I can’t thank the Clinic Hub team enough for everything they did for me and my companion. The whole experience—from start to finish—was so much better than I could’ve hoped for.
