From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and care provided. My patient advisor, Can, played a crucial role in making this journey smooth and comfortable. He was always there to answer my questions and ensure I felt at ease throughout the process. The transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic were well-organized, adding to the overall convenience of my visit. The entire staff at Mono Clinic was highly skilled and attentive, and the quality of the work they did on my Emax crowns was outstanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mono Clinic to anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a welcoming and professional environment. My experience deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating.

Oct 09,2023I had my operation at the Mono clinic, accompanied by Furkan. Everything went very well, the team was top-notch, the surgeon and his assistant very professional and reassuring. Furkan was able to accompany me, reassure me and answer all my questions during and even after my stay when I returned home. I highly recommend mono clinique!

Oct 09,2023I was so nervous when I booked with mono for my breast reduction and uplift surgery. No one I knew had been or heard of anyone who had, you hear horror stories about going to turkey! Well I couldnât be anymore happier than I am that I chose Mono from the start with Safaa & Beste my patient service specialist Furkan, my Dr Dr.Merve, the staff at the villa even the private transfer drivers. Everyone has been fabulous. My experience was everything was organised if I needed something I would just message Furkan or ask the staff at the villa , nothing was a problem. Oct 09,2023I had gastric sleeve surgery on the 29/09/23 .Great company looked after you from start to Finish ,From speaking to Cem on booking and cost ect ,Then Ceren for arranging a host and pick ups at airport .I had a great host Furkan Yıldırım who looked after me ,taken me too hospital and answering any questions I had .My surgeon Dr. ĂaÄlar was as fantastic and I canât believe how good I feel .Iâve lost 1st 4lb already .Would definitely recommend this company .

Oct 07,2023My experience at Mono Clinic and their new hotel Mono Life hotel has been outstanding. The staff were all very helpful and lovely. Special mentions to:- Dr SĂŒleyman ĂaÄlar Ertekin (who said I can call him Charlie) was the surgeon did my gastric Botox injections on my first day at Mono clinic. His knowledge and bedside manner put my mind at ease when having this treatment. Thanks to him I have now lost roughly 8 pounds in two and a half weeks. He has my deepest appreciation and a big thank you. Then on my next day I had the breast reduction and uplift and extended tummy tuck liposuction done by Dr Ergin ErdoÄan and his team. They worked entirely hard on my body. I thank them with all my heart; you took away all of my back, neck and chest pains and I now feel light as ever and, in a very good way, strange. When I first met you I will never forget those first words you said "hello, I will make them as small as possible!". My fear and anxiety disappeared. Your bedside manner was excellent and I really appreciate your professionalism all the way through the surgery from beginning to end. I am vey happy, more than you know. It's been a pleasure doing business with you! Nezir, our personal assistant; a special thank you, you have been by my side from beginning to end. Your professionalism is 100% and more. You are a very kind and thoughtful young man - don't change, that is a good quality to have. Also, a fantastic translator, you helped me when I needed it most. Keep growing in your work, you are truly amazing Nezir. Also, a big thank you from my husband for sorting out our onward coach trip from Izmir to Bodrum. Thanks to the aftercare team Busem and NeĆe for your very friendly and helpful support - you guys are truly amazing; I couldn't have asked for better aftercare. Oct 05,2023Very friendly team, very polite and courteous. Having a procedure done can be a very sensitive and stressful time for anyone. However, we were in great hands, Mr. Can Aydin looked after us very well with great compassion and respect. His efficiency and hard work truly made our stay comfortable. Can is also highly proficient in English which was an added bonus. Can is truly an asset to Mono. Our doctor was amazing, very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted and the results match our expectations. Thanks a lot Dr. Eren and team. Mono life hotel team were also nice. Massive thanks to Mr. Huseyin Can for taking care of not just us but everyonesâ breakfast and dinner. He lifts everyoneâs spirit with his smile and âcan doâ attitude. Huseyinâs English is very proficient so a lot of us from England were relying on him. On his day off during breakfast you can only hear people asking the manager âwhere is Huseyin?â Bless him. His presence makes a massive difference at Mono life. He brings life to Mono Life. Massive thanks to our drivers Mr. Serhat and Mr. Hasan. Very polite and very courteous đđ» best drivers ever. Oct 04,2023It is very organised and clean clinic and welcoming there is no pain during the process I enjoyed my time and hospitality from them. I was taken care by my host named can who more of a friend than a host made me much more relaxed and was always available when I needed him.

The results i was so worried, panicking, and when all the bandages came off was amazing, fully hollywood make over, i had gyno 6 pack and rhino. So happy. Anyone thinking of coming l, do it

Oct 02,2023Just an update on my experience to mono we were due to go home today Monday but my drainage wasnât ready so was advised by the surgeon to extend our stay till Wednesday I contacted BĂŒĆra out travel coordinator an may I say she was an absolute star she made extending our stay which inc changing our flights an rebooking some more days at the hotel so easy it was also Sunday here which made it harder but not for BĂŒĆra she has been amazing honestly as have everyone else but BĂŒĆra made a situation that stressed me out at the time very easy to deal with đ„°đ„°â€ïžâ€ïž Thankyou so much

Sep 30,2023Iâve heard lots of people say they wouldnât go abroad for surgery and I have to admit I was the same. Until some friends went to mono clinic and had a good experience with good results so I thought why not. I did my research and decided to book. My personal assistant was can who was brilliant couldnât do enough for me, he even sat with me while I had bloods taken as I was really nervous to reassure me. He messaged me all the time to check in and visited to make sure I was doing well. The hospital was amazing and took very good care of me and my family. They checked on me every hour if not more due to me not feeling well after the anaesthetic. It was clean and the staff were great. My surgeon Dr. Merve Ăzkaya and her assistant nurse is Gökçil were amazing and Iâm over the moon with my results already and Iâm not even fully recovered yet, sheâs a star. The aftercare couldnât be faulted the nurse visited me everyday and changed my dressings checked I was feeling ok and they were lovely. The villa was lovely the boys and the cleaner Aisha were amazing. She cooked and cleaned for us and even did my washing for me bless her. Transfers were prompt and on time and they took you to and from the clinic for check ups when needed. They did go above and beyond in terms of the care of their patients. The only thing I would say to improve is there are lots of trip hazards at the Vila and when you canât walk well that could be dangerous, also the beds are not very comfy which is needed when your recovering. I would also say you need to double check your packages as when I was due to go down to surgery they stated that part of my agreed operation wasnât included due to wording so I ended up having to pay an extra ÂŁ800 to achieve the results I wanted. Although I am glad I paid it to get my results as Iâm really happy itâs just stress you donât want as youâre about to go down for surgery. I would definitely recommend and my husband is returning next year for a procedure. See you soon mono team

Sep 28,2023Clinic mono Has been amazing! I am a nurse in the UK and I can honestly say every element of my service was better than anything the NHS could have offered me. And for a fraction of the cost! I had a mummy make over and my husband had a tummy tuck. I was met by the wonderful furkan who was my patient liaison. Everything ran smoothly with this gentleman at the helm. I saw my doctor who discussed my options and I actually felt listened to when making my decisions. The surgery was amazing and the nurses went above and beyond. Wish I could name them all. EVERYTIME I used the nurse call button they came! They helped me and if we had difficulty with language barrier we just used google translate. The hospital was clean and very futuristic. Every day I was visited in my hotel twice a day by a nurse or doctor to check on me and my wounds. Every day! I saw my doctor in the clinic. It was super organised. Furkan would message to say âtomorrow you will be collected at 9am for bloods or Friday we will collect you at 1pm for doctor reviewâ. I had VIP transfer everywhere and there was never a delay! Not once. Furkan was amazing! He particularly went above and beyond. The one evening I was feeling a little sick. I messaged him and said I feel sick, tell me where I can get anti sickness tablets and Iâll go and get them. He called me and said âIâve called your surgeon. We are coming to collect you!â Within thirty mins I was collect by VIP transport and taken to the local hospital and furkan met me there despite being out on his one evening off! He took me to the ward and waited with me. When he asked I needed anything, I replied water and he went and brought me water! With his own money! This man is an angel. His English is amazing. They all spoke amazing English. I sometimes felt like I was being a pain but he would always insist âyour health and well being in so importantâ he made me feel important and listened too. The hotel staff, the drivers, the domestics and even the food delivery staff were amazing! I have healed perfectly. I am in love with my results. I had furkan and a lovely female doctor! Ask furkan he will know. He knows everything Can (pronounced Jan) was my husbands 1-2-1 and he was a diamond too!! Beste was amazing and nazli. I wish I could remember everyoneâs name! Oct 12,2023My second time to the Mono Clinic Ask for Dr Deniz Yildirim He's highly skilled very polite and speaks good English. I've had 3 different surgeries with him, I'm very happy with his care and attention to detail. He is a very careful surgeon. Very kind and considerate and above all very professional! His nurse is so charming and caring, he made me feel so relaxed as he changed my dressings. His english is also very good!đ My Coordinator this visit was Beste. She is a very approachable and lovely lady. Always answered my messages promptly. She speaks and understands English very well and is very well spoken đ I always stay in the villa although I did stay one night in the mono hotel and my room was beautifulđ Lastly the staff at the Mono Villa are very helpful. Mete (The Villa Host) is a lovely guy, he speaks very good english,is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to đ
