Feb 21,2025I thought making out a will was going to be an ordeal, how wrong I was. I kept putting of the call. Then I rang coles Miller and the greeting from Bercimel on the phone put me at ease. We made an appointment. Bercimel sent me an email confirming the appointment, I want confirmation of something in the email , she explained it all to me. Then met with emma our solicitor listened intently what we wanted. Emma was so kind and thought, made my wife and i think we had known her for years . Thank you all for a lovely experience

We had dealings with Holly Munro to amend our wills and with Inga Pope regarding the transfer of property. Both solicitors were extremely pleasant, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They could not have been more helpful. Not the cheapest company but you get what you pay for and we have no hesitation in recommending Coles-Miller.

Jan 29,2025I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Tony Weber at Coles Miller Solicitors who handled the affairs of our late father's estate. Significant delays and a lack of communication plagued the entire process, with an unhealthy dose of incompetence thrown in for good measure. Despite numerous chasers and nauseating attempts to understand progress, our calls and emails were often ignored, leaving me in the dark about the status of my case. The unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism have caused significant stress and frustration at an already difficult time. He might well provide a good service when preparing your will, but when it comes to the crunch, his day-to-day representation is a shambles. I would have expected a far higher standard of service and feel let down by his inept organisation and administration. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative and professional probate services elsewhere.

Jan 26,2025My husband and I recently rewrote our wills. We had used Coles-Millar 20 yrs ago to make the original. I cannot rate them high enough! From the beautiful building to the lovely smiley friendly Receptionist who greets you, Ricky Langlois was very attentive and patient to our needs. Suggesting angles we would not of thought of. We returned a few weeks later to sign with witnesses. The witness was Carol, who had managed to slot us in a few weeks before. She also was friendly, nothing too much bother and made the signing informal and easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Coles Miller. Yours sincerely Linda and Chris Fenney
