Nov 19,2024Recommended by a friend and so glad they were and we chose Laura Hall as our Solicitor to handle our Sale. In fact, Laura and her team have now helped my son purchase his first property and arrange the sale of my Fathers bungalow. There was never a moment where we were left wondering what was happening, as all comms with Laura and Alice were pro-active and never went more than a few hours. The Sale was complex but handled brilliantly well. We'll not be going anywhere else for legal work!

Nov 13,2024One of the Coles Miller’s solicitors from their Bournemouth branch represented buyers of our property and I think he misunderstood what the task was about - he must have imagined we are quarrelling parties in a divorce dispute… His email correspondence showed him up as a bully, throwing his toys out of the pram and showing a clear lack of knowledge of the area his clients were purchasing in. His conduct was utterly unacceptable and deplorable. This does not show the company’s training program to be sufficient. If we were looking to hire a solicitor in future, we would stay clear of that individual and the company.

It had taken 4 months and nothing had been done, they just took our deposits and stopped working. We are very pleased now because Laura effectively stopped the sale falling through with her vast knowledge, positive attitude and hard work. We have been in our home for 10 months now, thank you!

Whilst we were familiar with the processes involved we were extremely impressed with the service we received from Jenny. It was very efficient and professional and she took the time to explain every step of the procedures in a clear and concise way. All our options were outlined to us and Jenny was always engaging and friendly throughout. She seemed genuinely interested in our circumstances and very happy to help. This was my first time selling a property and Roger provided me with a detailed overview of the process and guided me at each stage. I was also impressed with the receptionist, each time I went to the office she was friendly and welcoming.
