I had no knowledge how to deal with anything and we tested Michelle’s patience with our difficult past paperwork! Jul 19,2024I’m having to give this a rating of 1 star but if I could wouldn’t rate them at all. Recently instructed S Peck at the Fleetsbridge office to get Letters of Administration for my son who had recently passed away unexpectedly. He was more than happy to take my instructions but then started communicating with a third emergency party. When challenged said I wasn’t telling the truth with the information in my email and felt it best if we parted company, which I agreed to. Handled matters from start to finish totally unprofessionally and will be making complaint. Now instructed new solicitors who are very professional and have quoted me far less for doing the work.

Jul 17,2024I completed a will for myself. It was rather pricey for what it was although Coles Miller is rather local to me so it was handy. The solicitor was very helpful sorting through the work with me. However the receptionist with the glasses was rather rude she seemed too bust to talk and didn't seem like a very friendly woman. I received detailed advice which was specific to my needs. The advice enable me to make important decisions quickly. I also had a query about my property ownership and again received a detailed, thorough reply from another solicitor which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend these solicitors and they are definitely my first choice for legal services in the future.

Jul 06,2024Myself and my husband wanted to make our wills, we did it through The Heart Foundation who listed Coles Miller solicitors. It was a bit of a wait for the initial appointment but it was well worth it. We were nervous as we were unsure of what we needed to do however our solicitor Julie Morgan put us at ease right away and talked us through everything. She has such a pleasant manner and is very professional and knowledgeable. We are so impressed by the service from the receptionist, to the solicitor, to the witness of our signatures - all so welcoming and professional. Would highly recommend!!

I offered Cole’s Miller a lucrative personal injury claim that wasn’t being handled properly by another company, they are a local firm and I like to support local businesses. They looked over the paperwork I supplied to them and agreed to take the case, I then spent many hours retrieving information to pass onto them only for them to turn down the case the following week. Point 1. They incorrectly assumed it was a no win no fee case, wrong. I am self funding the case (and am very capable of doing so) Point 2. It now turns out I was communicating not with a solicitor but a legal secretary! Seem a bit ambulance chasey to me. Shame I couldn’t use a local firm but now I have chosen a specialist London firm who are very willing to help.
