Oct 10,2017Community Tax is a 5 star rated company I had a rather complex tax issue and my case manager Dan Urban is a true professional in his job at CT. My case took 3/1/2 years to resolve but CT and Dan Urban received a settlement with the IRS for me that was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend CT to anyone with a tax issue.

Sep 28,2017It all started a few years back where I did not paid my taxes and never did I think what would the penalties would go up 78k, where I was facing serious problems + tax liens with IRS, for me Community Tax was a life saver from 78K got me a good deal where I only paid 8K, I would highly recommend it to who ever is serious about getting things together with IRS Community Tax great job, my respects! Sep 21,2017I have to give community tax a 5 star rating based on the fact that they got me out of what I call my personal financial mess. I wasn't happy with the total time process but that's only because I'm very impatient and want things done within 24 hours. I doubt that's even remotely possibly when your dealing with taxes. Towards the end, I was receiving more and more communications from my representative which ultimately made me feel really good about the process. In the beginning, there was little communications but again, that could have been my fault because I'm rarely near my phone and because I receive so many emails, I did miss one that was sent to me only to go back through my emails to find it. So I must say that you must have patience with this process and you have to hope and pray that the folks on the other end are just as concerned and engaged in getting you out of your financial situation even more than you are. Nothing in life should have an expedited process, especially if it's important to you, so I appreciate Community Tax for doing their due diligence for me and my family. Here, here!!

Also, they call me when things has changed or needing more support. Evan display due diligences, great customer service and valuable information that was discuss in my case.
