Oct 07,2023Teri Pepitone Wilson: She was the case advocate who handled my parents case. After a third party authorization was executed, I dealt directly with Teri. Once finding out more information, I concluded that the relationship needed to be terminated and my parents would in a much better position if they just paid out the small outstanding tax balance versus monthly payments. Teri was understanding and moved quickly to ensure that my parents were issued a full refund. She also informed me that in addition to the refund she would be providing details as to how the quickest and most efficient way my parents could pay off their outstanding tax. For THAT I was appreciative. She went above and beyond and it didn’t go unnoticed. I can’t speak as to the quality of the company in general. However, I can confidently speak about Teri’s work on my parents’ case and her excellent representation of the company. 10/10 for Teri Pepitone Wilson.
