Mar 19,2024I would highly recommend concept cars The staff are very helpful and friendly Kieran was they guy who dealt with me and was very good awnsered all my questions and gave me any information I needed and worked hard to get me the car I wanted unfortunately the car I selected had a fault but he helped me get a replacement as quickly as possible

Feb 23,2024Applied for finance as my cars head gasket had gone, and got a baby due in 4 weeks, was phoned up by a very helpful member of staff who put me through to Kieran T, who helped me through the process, found cars that matched what me and my partner were looking for, and even went above and beyond in sorting out a voucher for mammas and Pappas for us. In less than a day in applying for finance a car had been found and sorted for us. Kieran and the team were very helpful when I arrived to collect the car made me feel very welcome. Was a very smooth and pleasant experience as I had never had a car on finance before. Have recommended the company to friends and family and am extremely grateful for all the help from Kieran.

Feb 22,2024I have ad a couple off cars off these people and they av been fine how ever I recently got a new car with them which as developed a wheel bearing problem I av contacted them and was told they get the after sales team to ring which nobody as I av sent messages which and been read but no to no avail I have still not heard from them
