Aug 14,2023Well where do I start, after having my old vehicle stolen I needed a car ASAP with me owning my own cleaning business I couldnt be left without a vehicle. My insurance providers only gave me a courtesy car for 7 days so was out of work for 2 weeks. I decided to contact Concept Car credit where I had the pleasure of having Keiron Torkington as my sales representative . Straight off the bat he wanted to help me out and although he couldn't 100% guarantee I would be successful he said he would try his hardest. After having an unsuccessful first attempt I then decided to go another way around the car finance and Wow what can I say Keiron went above and beyond to make sure I had a new vehicle. He understood my situation and did everything in his power and more so I could successfully carry on running my business I have fought so hard to build. Keiron I cannot thankyou enough although you don't know every in and out of how I have come to where I am now , you listened and did more than ever expected. I think even if I hadn't eventually driven away with a new car I would always be grateful for the amount of courtesy you showed and hard work you put into trying. To some people having a car is just a car but to me its my livelihood, its what pays my bills and keeps my business afloat, . You are a true asset to Concept Car credit and anyone that's lucky enough to have the privilege to have you as their sales representative I'm sure they will be grateful which ever way it goes for them. You were professional and efficient from day 1 and today a week later I have now drove home in my new bmw. Thankyou for the hard work and effort you put into getting this approved for me I appreciate it.. you are a gem. Thankyou chantelle
