Jun 28,2023I’ve recently purchased a car from concept cars. Laura was amazing. She found all the cars that was available and suited for me and my life style. Laura was knowledgeable and told me pros and cons of each car and I was able to test drive. There was no rush in decision. Laura and gaz went above and beyond to find me the right prices and deals. The service was quick and easy and all sorted within an hour or so. Laura has kept in contact since to make sure everything is ok and all gone through securely. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Jun 25,2023From the initial contact with Jon and Gaz at the Rochdale branch, we were treated so well and kept well informed. Even before we visited, Gaz went out of his way finding the best deal for us, and when we arrived and were a little disappointed that the cars we'd had in mind were gone, he was patient and understanding in our idea of the "perfect car" and took the time to walk us around all the available cars. When we came across a car that was beyond what we'd dreamed of, he went above and beyond to get it to our price range. Sitting and talking through everything was so pleasant and easy, and his knowledge and experience was amazing. We amazingly drove away in a beautiful car that exceeded every expectation, and can't thank Concept Cars enough for all they've done.

Jun 22,2023On a personal level, LAURA was superb. From initial call to driving away, was done within 2 hours. It was slower doing the e-sign system than anything else (30 Minutes) everything from choosing car to driving away was so quick. If you need a car and have bad credit. Head to Concept, they will truly bend over backwards to help you, not like the Facebook ' We COULD help you false adverts' but concept WILL TRULY help you and arrange warranty and 5 day drive away insurance. I would truly recommend concept car credit to anyone....

I would definitely recommend to ask for keiron when you want to purchase your new wheels.
