Jun 13,2023I applied for finance and Keiron got in touch pretty much straight away, I have awful credit but he managed to sort us out with a de. We dealt with Laura once there who is absolutely lovely and answers any questions you might have , she isnt pressuring you like some car dealers do and she went above and beyond to find me a car I was happy with after not seeing anything suitable at first. Overall I would reccomend to someone looking for a new car on finance. Thanks guys

Jun 08,2023If I am honest there isn't one thing I can fault with this company, they are amazing. I was really struggling to get accepted for finance and needed a new car to get to work & my children to school due to no longer having access to a vehicle. I tried several companies and each time got refused. I was told to try Car Concept as these guys specialise in this. after being let down on more than 6 occasions so I decided to bite the bullet and try them, I contacted one of the team called Jaime who was extremely helpful he asked me to call down to have a look at their stock. once I arrived I was greeted by Keiran who again was extremely helpful. both these guys went above and beyond to accomodate my needs and I was extremely grateful. I was accepted car finance and was able to drive away the same day in a lovely vehicle. I am over the moon with the service this company provided and I will most definitely be getting all my future vehicles from these as well as recommending them. not to mention the supreme warranty I was also given for a fantastic cost which covers pretty much any issue car related. Brilliant all round would definitely recommend. Thanks Jaimie & Keiran it was a pleasure dealing with you both, I will be back to upgrade in a year or 2 :)
