May 03,2024I placed an order last weekend and by mid week I was panicking a little as order still said it was awaiting fulfilment and I really wanted to take the bag on holiday with me. I reached out to the team via Instagram and David chased this up and item was shipped same day to be delivered within 24hrs! David even sent me a follow up message to make sure I had received the package! Thank you so much David for your quick response and for being so helpful and following my query through start to finish! I love my bag and now can’t wait to go away! ☀️

May 02,2024It’s a scam! Do not use that website! I ordered a vintage Dior bag, received it, didn’t like it as it looked different to the photos and returned it a month ago and still haven’t received my refund! I emailed and was told that the Finance team has already processed my refund but no money has ever been sent to my account! I emailed multiple times and received no more responses. I’m currently looking at ways to report this business to try and get my money back somehow.

Apr 25,2024I picked a lovely bag that didn’t make it through German customs and unfortunately went straight back to CSD. After that I got in touch with Customer Service and David went above and beyond to help me finally get my dream bag. He was there the whole time and found solutions when I thought about cancelling the order. In the end I have a great bag but the Customer Experience with David rebuild my trust in a second after what happened with customs. Will probably order again! Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Apr 25,2024If you a seller avoid it at all costs you never will get paid or see your items again! Trying to get a statement/ or my items back for months, with zero response. And I see I am not the only one having this issue looking at the reviews here, as well will get a lawyer involved

Apr 24,2024It is a scam! Never use this company if you want to sell something! I took several designer clothing to Notting Hill shop back in September 2023. They ignore all your emails, keep/sell your items but never transfer agreed amount to you. I would definitely consider ombudsman or lawyer to be involved.

Apr 23,2024Amazing purchasing experience- bought via their online store but wanted to check if it came with its dustbag and box. I messaged them via Instagram DM and had a really helpful assistant David who checked with the store and got back to me really quickly. I also contacted the Marylebone store who were the ones posting it to me and the lovely sales assistant ( I didn’t get her name but she had an Australian accent) said that they had some spare LV dustbags and she would send my item in one as it did not come with its original one. Really happy with the service overall and nice to see a preloved store that is competitive on pricing aswell as really helpful. Happy customer who will be returning.

Apr 06,2024AVOID if you are looking to SELL!! Trust other 1 star reviews from other sellers. Suspect their Accounting department is useless and potentially fraudulent. Decided to user their service as their Marylebone store is lovely and the staff there are very helpful. But experience as a seller was quite the opposite which is unfortunate as they are a marketplace and cannot survive without ensuring that both sides of the marketplace get excellent service. Consigned a YSL handbag. Went for months without hearing anything about the status of the item and when I emailed them, it took several follow-ups to get a response. They eventually responded with a statement of the sale on Jan 30. Disappointed to see that the item sold for much lower than I was quoted. It's now April and I have yet to see the payment for the sale. I have a ton more items to sell but will likely go back to Vestiaire or Ebay to sell them. Update: CSD finally issued my payment two days after I posted this review (posted review on Saturday, received my payment on Monday). And they responded to me via this review and not to the email that I sent to them prior to posting the review. Sad that it took a Trustpilot review to see my money.

Apr 04,20242 of my items have been sold, was not told about my shoes and luckily I kept tabs on my jacket because I noticed instantly when it was sold. ACCOUNTING IGNORE EMAILS and I’m looking to get my lawyer involved. Annoying thing is I have loads of luxury items I want to get rid of and wanted to see how they handled my shoes and jacket but I advise you all to NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE if you want to sell. They try to keep your money and ignore emails. I’ll keep emailing, don’t ignore the 1 star reviews, I wish I saw them earlier. Update 8/4/24 - After my review I received funds for my shoes that we’re sold in October last year. Following instructions from my lawyer I will not communicate with you until after the 14 day window for my jacket. That is all!
