Aug 04,2024Really poor experience. It's been over 3 months and I've received no communication or updates about a LV wallet I gave them to sell in April. I still don't know whether my item has been sold or whether the item will be returned to me. I have contacted them but have heard nothing. I would not use CSD again. Waste of time.

Jul 22,2024I have given them some of my items. I have requested a response as to what has been sold and no response. I tried to email them and text them for the past 2 months, they never reply. Now I want my items back, and they WILL NOT GIVE THEM TO ME. They have stolen my items and will not reply. I am now starting legal action.

Jul 21,2024CSD has an amazing selection of designer products! They have the best quality and selection of designer products that I've seen across London designer consignment stores. Whoever curates this shop is doing an excellent job, because they have a range of products, from great designers across the board, and in a range of sizes. (It's a relief to find places that don't just have vintage Burberry en masse, but if you want that they're got that too.) They also have a rigorous authentication process, so I feel safe buying from them, knowing I am getting the real deal. I got a gorgeous vintage Miu Miu jacket and I'm going back for more immediately! Their customer service is also very helpful and patient in answering any questions, giving further information, and assisting with shipping queries. I cannot recommend CSD enough and I'll definitely be back (on my way back to their website now actually!)

Jul 17,2024Terrible service from the moment I dropped of my bags. They quote quickly in order to gain your business and then never follow up again. After dropping off i had to chase to receive the contract, once i sold a bag i had no notification ( i found out by logging on that it sold over a month prior and the payment date as stated in T&Cs had passed) and no response from the accounting team to any of my emails. I chased almost weekly to receive payment and finally did after weeks of waiting with no apology or acknowledgement to their lack of response to any prior email. They have another of my bags (since february) and i cant find out any information on where it is or how i can receive it. I obviously am expecting to be reimbursed the quote price if they cannot find it. That's if i ever get a response from the team.

Jul 14,2024Stumbled upon a hidden gem in Marylebone this weekend, 'Consigned Sealed Delivered Ltd' (CSL) a fantastic pre-loved designer clothing store with a curated selection of high-quality pieces that are in excellent condition. It's a must-visit for any sustainable shopper. Huge thanks to Sophie and Ekin for their incredible service finding exactly what I was looking for and making the whole experience a delight!

Jul 13,2024Update on previous review: still as inefficient ! I have been trying since May to retrieve my goods having had nothing but problems from CSD. Finally got a payout ( but only after last lousy review that I gave). Managed to get all bar one item back but last item remains unreturned : it is apparently in Battersea?!? Despite going to the Marylebone shop 4 times, I’m still waiting… either give me my item back or pay for it! Never encountered such an unprofessional business. DO NOT CONSIGN with CSD.

Jul 12,2024I’m would not recommend anyone to sell with this unprofessional setup . I have at least 8 items selling with CSD. I noticed over a month and a half ago that one of my pieces is no longer on the website ( presumably sold ) since then I have been trying to contact them to inquire about my sold item . If you call customer care they respond with “I will get accounting to email you with a statement” ,which of course they don’t . If you email you get the same response. CSD are very good at taking your items and selling them , not great if you actually want to get paid .

Jul 09,2024I sold a couple of bags via CSD. First two sales were fairly quick but they paid money after I chased them. The last few sales (handbag and two pairs of shoes) took them three months to pay after I visited shop in person. They never reposted on any emails – neither their accounts or customer services department l, and I sent a few. Now I am waiting almost 4 weeks to receive non sold items back and it seems that I have to chase them again and again. So much time wasted 😣 As they continue not to respond or do what they agreed them to, I just find them rude and unprofessional with non existent customer service. I will never use them again to sell or buy.

Jul 05,2024Excellent purchasing experience from head office. I was reluctant to purchase due to a poor experience from one of the stores but I have to say my opinion instantly changed after my head office communication. I would not hesitate in purchasing again and would highly recommend CSD.

Jul 04,2024CSD could not give me an update regarding the whereabouts of my golden Aquazzura platform heels. In an original statement of 2023 it stated that the heels were sold but I have never received the money for them. Since then the accounting team has issued me multiple statements without the sold heels on them. When asking them for clarity they are not being clear and are constantly looking for excuses. I been actively chasing them since January 2024 and we are now in July. Where are my heels? They are not showing on the website nor are they in the stores, but I have not been paid yet either. I been asking for clarity for months now and never received a clear response. Where is my item, was it lost or sold? In either case I would except a transparent answer and payment - refund for the lost item.

Jul 01,2024Delivery of products and refunds can take a while sometimes, I’ve had to prompt a few times but overall the quality of the products I receive are amazing. I’ve used CSD for about three years now and have had some amazing designer products. The discount codes are a bonus. It’s my go to store for resale designer. My fave products so far have been my Versace dress, McQueen blazer and Prada boots. But I’ve had many from here that are in mint condition.
