Apr 04,2024I recently visited the Marylebone location of CSD. I wasn't looking for anything in particular and was just browsing, but found the selection and quality of the clothing to be excellent. Kimmia was the CSD representative that assisted me, and she was kind, patient and knowledgeable about the products. She was honest with her advice and encouraged me to push my "fashion boundaries". As a result of her knowledge and advice, I purchased over £700 in clothing. If it weren't for Kimmia, I don't think I would have purchased as many items (or any at all). Overall, my experience was very positive and I can't wait to visit the store again or purchase from the online website. I also have a few higher-end items to sell myself and feel empowered to do with CSD so given my recent experience. I would highly recommend dropping by CSD and seeking out Kimmia's advice if you're in the area.

Mar 29,2024Ordered my Jimmy choo boots which arrived so quickly and in amazing condition! Couldn't believe it. Like new! Had to contact customer services as at first my order wouldn’t go through at my end. I had a prompt reply and James went above and beyond to help me, purchase the boots. He checked in on me to make sure everything was ok. I cannot fault them at all and would 100% recommend buying from them. It was my first experience and I will definitely be buying again 👌😍

Mar 27,2024Terrible store, this is why: 1. When you return an item, you need to follow up for weeks to get your refund. I am still waiting for my refund for an instore return from 2.5 weeks ago. 2. When you sell items, you need to check calculations and follow up for weeks to get paid 3. I bought 2 items from them without labels which they now refuse to resell You can buy good stuff from them but make sure you don’t need to return item. I find it very disappointing that in your response you don’t acknowledge( as you did when you called me) all the poor treatment, the amount of times I had to call and e-mail to get payments and refunds

Mar 25,2024Like others here I’m a seller and really struggling to get a response to my emails and am missing info about numerous items. Really frustrated with the poor response and missing information. They seem to be running a scam so I recommend not consigning. They seem to try to discredit reviewers by claiming they are not sellers or to contact them (which they never reply) but ask yourself why so many people have similar experiences. I wished I had read these reviews before parting ways with my previous items.

Feb 24,2024Really slow despatch and delivery. One pair of the shoes I ordered disappeared from dispatch. The second pair I received was in appalling condition. The leather was peeling off, straps were barely attached to the shoes, that were advertised as in a very good condition. The pictures on the website did not reflect the real state of the shoes. I attempted to return using the online site. My purchases page only displayed the shoes that disappeared and not the rest of my order. I had to call to initiate returns. The staff on the phone was very helpful and polite, but I did not receive reply to the request I sent via the website. I will not use again.

Feb 24,2024Terrible experience. Been waiting for a payout since January 3rd for items sold last December. No one relying back to me. Owed thousands. Been back to nott hill store and no one seems to know what’s going on. Have requested my items to be returned for last two weeks and no one replying. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not use this consignment store.

Feb 17,2024I’ve requested 5x an update and payout for my sold items since the 9th of January since the items I had listed had no longer been on the website. The accounting team is simply not responding to my request and this has become very tedious and frustrating chasing them down for payment. Especially as I wanted to sell them as quicky as possible for a “quick” payout. I would reconsider selling with them again. Purchasing is easy but as a seller it is the most frustrating and non-recommended experience I have had with resellers. Needed to update: it’s now been 8 times I requested an update and payout of my items. Nothing is happening and Daniel has said he isn’t able to see the information as only the accounting team has insights. Lauren Farinas
