Jun 09,2023Coral sent fitters to my house who ignored my repeated concerns and who thought it was fine to work in the dark with black materials with totally foreseeable catastrophic results. As they were leaving under cover of darkness one of them told me l would need a blindfold in the morning. He knew l was going to be very upset when l could see the monstrosity they had created. Internally there were umpteen breakages of beading and window frames, the wrong size of white boarding had been fitted and in another area totally omitted. The fitting had effectively to be totally redone. This took Coral three attempts, including an occasion when l had moved my furniture out of the way, again, to give Coral clear access and they never even turned up because materials which they had categorically stated were in stock, were not. Externally the fitting resembled a CID crime scene. There were fingerprints everywhere, broken beading, scratches, discolouration, misaligned panels and lots of dirty smears. I asked Coral to clean the exterior to reveal the full extent of the remedial work necessary. They ignored my request for weeks. I complained and eventually work on the exterior began but only on a piecemeal basis and some things were done in the wrong order meaning part of the remedial work had to be redone. Almost every Coral worker who came to my house to deal with these issues created an additional problem leaving me bewildered and severely stressed at Coral’s constant failings. Start Date 17th January 2023 Completion Date 19th May 2023 A 124 days nightmare Coral consider their performance to be “in line with the terms and conditions of the contract”.

May 26,2023We have had 8 Windows and 2 doors fit over the past 3 days from Coral Windows at Bradford. The customer service from Paul (the manager) was amazing. Not only did he suggest centralising our front door (which I wanted but thought it would cost a lot more) he also made sure he got us the best deal, beaten by 2 other company’s. The fitters Dan & Charlie were a good set of blokes too. Day 1 I was awake post night shift and listening to their banter kept me not only sane but awake for 30hrs. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All in all the service was great even if a window did arrive and was 100ml too big. Even with this small hick up the job was completed within the allocated time. The fitters certainly do graft and day 1 they were here until 1930pm. Dah 2 until 1800pm and today the final day they are only just tidying up their gear. Thankyou Coral Bradford we love our new Windows and doors!

May 25,2023The two lads that fitted the windows and door where very professional and friendly. We asked them to watch out for our cats and to ensure doors were shut to the rooms that were being worked in. The work took two days and the house and garden was cleaned up after they had finished each area. The black frames and black door look very nice and has made a big difference to the appearance of the house

The surveyor talked us through the fitting process and what to expect. 3. Andy and Chris the fitters, installed the windows, external door and patio doors with efficiency and good workmanship. They were polite and communicated with us throughout explaining what was happening. 4. Coral Windows asked for NO money to be paid until all the work was finished to our satisfaction. Any company that has this level of confidence in their products and staff gave us complete peace of mind when spending such a large amount of money.

Apr 11,2023We asked Coral windows to replace our existing porch.The building team of Josh and Cam did a really professional job and when they came across a issue that required piling, they liaised with Site Manager Shane and agreed a suitable solution. The installation team of Mark & Martin then installed the new porch to a high standard in a professional and tidy manner. From start to finish, the Sales Administration and Installation teams worked all together and did a super job. Great work Coral, we would recommend you to anyone.

All those who have worked on the construction of the conservatory deserve huge praise for the immensely high standard of their work, attention to detail and the speed that everything was completed. Darren who did the groundwork in horrible weather, Kyle and Wayne who then installed everything so skillfully and everyone else involved. A very friendly, professional team. I was kept informed at every stage as to what and when things would be done. I would thoroughly recommend Coral Windows to anyone for the quality materials they provided, their focus on ensuring I was happy with everything and the friendly and helpful service I received from everyone throughout. Apr 06,2023We just had a composite door fitted, have to say the workmen were outstanding ! Our grandson is a very inquisitive 2 yr old , they were fantastic with him, let him sit and watch them also gave him some ear muffs while they were drilling even gave him their van mascot , a soft toy, when they left! Needless to say a very happy little boy and they made the whole experience a very exciting time for him and no stress for us trying to keep him away! The job they did was excellent as well very neat clean and tidy! They both are a credit to Coral Windows Scott and his buddy, didnt catch his name sorry. Thankyou we absolutely love our new door!
