Nov 16,2020I was introduced to Sam at Cornerstone to understand how we could move the properties in our personal name into our limited company in the most tax efficient way. Although it was a long and complex process, Sam held our hand through every step of the way and explained everything clearly. It's resulted in all our properties now residing in our limited company so we can continue to take advantage of mortgage interest relief along with other further benefits. Highly recommended and great value for money in the long term.

Nov 11,2020I referred a client to CTA who had paid SDLT on a part purchase of the company premises into their pension scheme. The team reviewed the case and confirmed a reclaim was possible, the process was very efficient and the funds were paid back to the client in a timely manner. Will be using them again for sure!

Sep 28,2020I have found the company and Tommy outstanding in what they do. Firstly, I very much doubt that we would get the SDLT refunded which was paid back in July 2017. I only found that there was a possibility by attending one of PIN meetings in Clapham (Property Investors network by Simon Zutchi) June 2019 which helped me to start the process. Tommy checked all the evidence and he could see a win case so we agreed to start the case. Throughout the year, Tommy kept communicating and providing updates on the case. In one instant, HMRC kept asking for the evidence provided and Tommy very professionally kept reminding them that all documents were introduced so nothing was outstanding. In the end, we received our refund and after all the perseverance we got the results. The time and the knowledge it takes to achieve this is so mind-blowing. I would strongly recommend that you let the professionals do their work and this will save you money and time in the long run. They will be getting my business back for sure.

Once we had provided all the needed information to Cornerstone, the job was done speedily with an excellent outcome. Fee structure was clear and fixed. Very pleased, and that is rare!
