Jun 30,2020What a brilliant service. Take the advice from the outset. I had one hiccup via a third party however cornerstone sorted everything out and our tax issue then worked like clockwork. Next time I will take Cornerstones full advice and appoint another solicitor who cornerstone may recommend. Thank you all the team and Bhavika in particular!

Jun 26,2020Having used David and the team at CTA I have been able to save a small fortune in SDLT and in addition, their advice has also unlocked profit margins on some deals that just wouldn't have proceeded otherwise. Its great that they are always on hand for a quick chat and I cant recommend CTA enough.

Jun 13,2020Cornerstone are EXCEPTIONAL at what they do, as owner of a firm which has sold several hundred properties and landlord of many units, it is very rare that I come across firms who know any solutions or can offer any tax advice that I haven't already come across (and most can't even manage that!). Cornerstone not only hit this target, but absolutely surpassed it - with knowledge that I would venture they are the only ones in the UK who know. Bhavika and James are both committed to giving value upfront and I think this is fantastic in terms of both customer service and showcasing their level of expertise - I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone serious in property.
