Jan 03,2025I recently received a cosmo grill bbq as a Christmas present, there was a small issue with it but we had a speedy resolution to the problem thanks to Kieran who was so helpful and quickly replied to my messages. I definitely recommend cosmo grill and look forward to the warmer weather so I can use it.

Dec 30,2024Got this for a Christmas present for my husband (his request) it arrived in multiple boxes with some elements outside the box and wrapped in random cardboard for other products. The BBQ took quite a while to assemble and there were parts missing i.e. gas connector and some holes don't align which was a real downer given all the effort to build.. I get the impression this was a previously returned product that has sent back out again. Have reached out to customer service to try and resolve. If it had been in working order it looks really good, fingers crossed CS are responsive.

Dec 14,2024I bought an armchair with a footrest through B&Q from EVRE b rown imitation leather that perfectly matches my sofa. At the end of assembling the armchair, it turned out that there was a hole in one of the armrests and the other had scratch marks. I reported the problem through the B&Q website, which slightly lengthens the waiting time for contact with the seller, but contrary to my concerns, it did not take long. I did not want to return the whole things, because I really liked the set, so only the elements I indicated were replaced. The replacement was quick and efficient. I have a comfortable armchair with a footrest at home, free from defects. I recommend the company and the set.

Nov 29,2024Had my BBQ for five summers, love it! Keep it under cover and cleaned/maintained and you wouldn't know I bought it back in 2020. We use it all the time (15-20 times each summer), and I can't fault it. Have purchased a few add-ons from Cosmo Grill (new cover, new grates) and they're always easy to deal with. My last contact was with Kiran who helped me rectify my own stupid mistake (I purchased the wrong items, my fault entirely) easily, smoothly and professionally. WOuldn't hesitate to recommend!

Nov 21,2024I recently made a negative review regarding what I thought was discrepancies with the Black Friday pricing. Since then cosmogrill have phoned me to discuss and clarify the position. Even though it was down to me not noticing an extra Black Friday code to enter at checkout on the home page they have refunded me the difference as a good will gesture. As I stated previously cosmogrill products are superb especially at their price range and I have purchased two different bbq’s from them this year. I was shocked when I initially thought there were discrepancies within the pricing structure but as I now know it was error on my part I will definitely be buying from them again. Next up will be the offset smoker. I’m confident my money will be going on a quality bbq and now even more so confident that the after sales and customer service will be equally as good if I should need them. Buy with confidence. I’d like to just state that I am in no way affiliated with CosmoGrill and am under no obligation to write this review I just feel that after leaving a negative review for a mixup I created it is only fair to highlight this and leave a review to reflect how I genuinely feel

Oct 21,2024I purchased this barbecue to replace a high spec one that I’ve had for fifteen years, the unit is all stainless steel and very impressive, one person can assemble it out of the three boxes and instructions and various screws are individually shrink wrapped in a packet. I had a small issue that required a call to customer services and the service I received from Josh was exemplary, dealing with parcel delivery and collection was almost enjoyable! My issue was resolved competently and efficiently by Josh, a credit to the company.

Sep 27,2024I had a few small problems with slight damage to the BBQ and an odd shaped handle but that was resolved amazingly quickly very a very helpful man called Ian. Can't thank him enough for the fast response and a very quick fix. Even though the damage is quite minor I still got an unexpected, and very welcome, compensation. Now the BBQ itself...I bought the CosmoGrill Hybrid 4 Burner Barbecue Dual Fuel and Charcoal Smoker. What an amazing bit of kit. Big, sturdy and ready for anything. It has a side burner to do my sauces or fry up a few eggs, a good size grill and a decent sized smoker. Big enough for a sizeable crowd.

Sep 16,2024I purchased the 6 burner bbq through B & Q’s website but called and cancelled within 5 minutes. I was assured by a customer service agent that everything was okay and confirmed the cancellation. I immediately placed an order through Cosmo directly as the same product was £32.99 cheaper. The fun then started as the B & Q order was delivered and the Cosmo cancelled. Through no fault of mine and a lot of hollow excuses from B & Q I am now out of pocket. What a great experience……. Not!

Company staff were polite and courteous with communications, responding to Whatsapp messages within 24 hours. Will definitely recommend to others. Sep 12,2024Arrived completely flat packed, literally every part needed to be built but thankfully all bits were there. Impressive when built and cooks brilliantly, although after the first time used it took me about an hour to clean whilst the staining of the "stainless steel" was impossible to remove, especially on the back splash area.
