Jul 23,2023Excellent service all round. Easy to book online. No hassle when arriving at the port. All staff members helpful and informative. On our return it only took a minute to get the keys returned from the cheerful kiosk staff member and another couple of minutes to load car and be on our way home. Thank you to all concerned.

Jul 23,2023Cruise car parking Sometimes you see lots of positive 5* reviews and doubt the authenticity but… The staff at Southampton Cruise & Passenger Services terminal were very professional and helpful at a very busy time. I don’t think we have ever had such a stress free time with what should be a simple thing as parking or collecting a car at a port or airport as usually there is some issue. We would highly recommend and will use this company again.

Jul 23,2023Easy to drop off luggage close to cruise terminal. Car then taken to secure parking by CPS staff member. On return, even if different terminal, car made available close to terminal exit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Jul 23,2023Everything was fine this time, which is a relief because when we last used CPS in May the car came back to us with a nasty scratch on the bonnet. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it until we got home so I couldn’t hold them accountable for it. We are next using them in August with P&O Iona and hope that they will have enough staff and there won’t be holding queues.

Jul 23,2023Straightforward, efficient and courteous car handover and collection. Luggage trolleys available to move luggage the 50m from drop off to Ship, only part under cover: and 100m from ship to car most not under cover. OK if fine, but be prepared for wet weather if forecast - hence 4* rather than 5*.
