Used the company a few times now and have always had great service. Very friendly professional team. Today 12/08/24 Really helpful and friendly customer service. A little wait of less than 15 mins on phone, informed of place in que, which is good. Even though it was my oversight, the short notice booking very made easy and and quickly. So 5***** from me.
The parking and pick up at Dover was easy however when I picked up the car it was covered in SALT and a bit of sand.
Dropped our car off with CPS for a three night cruise and as always a seamless process, all there staff, are polite and professional, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our car and process Thank you CPS
I was booked on a P&O Cruise but was never advised by P&O that bookings for parking could not be done before 45 days of the actual cruise date. However, when following their instructions, I was advised that the car parks were already full. The team at CPS were brilliant and their levels of customer service were just excellent. They managed to find me a space and their assistance was so helpful. Delighted!
We left our car at Qpark Liverpool. I admit I approached this with some trepidation, as I didn’t want to leave my car keys with CPS, but was reassured by them this was not the case. In addition the parking is on the expensive side. I shouldn’t have worried though, we parked up, they took photos of the car and transferred us and our luggage to the cruise port. Everything went well. On returning two weeks later, we discovered the car had a flat tyre. This is where CPS excelled, they turned up with a foot pump, and got enough air in the tyre to get me to the nearest kwik fit, 4 miles away to repair a slow puncture. Many thanks to Carl and Malik (I sure that was his name, young, tall with longish hair) who helped out. If you are contemplating Qpark Liverpool and looking at the price and service, yes it is on the expensive side, but its near the cruise terminal, secure, and like me if you have an issue they go above and beyond to get you on your way. I’ve left my car at numerous airports/cruise terminals (some isolated) and never had an issue, but on those rare occasions you do, having help around you is very welcome. Will certainly park at Liverpool again.
CPS Parking in Q Park Liverpool Left my car with CPS in the Q Park underground car park in Liverpool while on an 11 night cruise with Ambassador. I was a bit worried about leaving the car in an underground public car park for so long but the CPS staff in Liverpool were really great. Very efficient & helpful & the transition from car park to cruise terminal (& vice versa 11 days later) went very smoothly. I would have given 5 stars but for some confusion caused when we arrived to park at the start of the cruise. When travelling on a long journey, as we were, it's natural to allow extra time for problems en-route, especially if using the M6! As it happened the trip went well & we arrived at the Q Park carpark 2 hours before our embarkation time which was also an hour or so before the CPS shuttle service had started. There is permanent signage which would indicate a route to cruise ship parking just after entering the car park which we followed & duly parked hoping to find someone to help to take us and our luggage to the Cruise Terminal. The only people we found were several other cruise passengers who had parked near us wandering around hoping to find some help. After about an hour of total confusion (one group decided to walk to the cruise terminal to find out what was happening) the CPS staff arrived and posted a person just after the entry barriers to direct cars to a pickup area which was at the opposite end of the car park to where we were parked. Note; the Q Park is huge. A bit of frantic driving around brought us to the pickup area where I am pleased to say the transfer then went very smoothly & the CPS staff were great. Please CPS, it would be really helpful if you would at least place some temporary directional signage early in the day near the entrance to indicate where in the car park the pick up would be taking place on that day. A real person would be better. A note to cruise parkers; don't arrive hours early to park your car.
The drop off at Southampton for our cruise a few weeks ago was very straightforward and CPS seemed very efficient at this stage of the process. When we returned our Hybrid car was in live operation and had not been shut down correctly. 5 days on I’m still waiting for a response as this situation was not at all satisfactory but I’m emailing them now for an update!
First time we have used CPS Excellent service from time we dropped car off at Mayflower Terminal Southampton to returning. Very quick in dropping off car checks made. On return Cps is opposite the terminal easy to get to and quick service retrieving our vehicle all staff were very helpful and polite will certainly use again and can recommend them.
My wife, who is disabled, and I were taking a cruise from Southampton. We used CPS Parking. My wife's mobility scooter stopped working and we had to leave it at Southampton. I managed to get my wife on to the ship and while we were away I contacted CPS Parking. I had arranged for a local firm to collect the scooter, fix it while we were away and return it to the CPS Desk for our return. I spoke to Sandy at CPS and then her manager Sarah. I have nothing but the highest praise for Sandy and Sarah in the way they helped us solve our problem and collect a repaired scooter on return.
The service at Liverpool was excellent - efficient process and friendly, helpful staff. Only thing that let it down was Fred Olsen appeared unaware we were booked with CPS and we were asked to pay again at the barrier (a LARGE amount), but the barrier was opened after talking to staff through the intercom. Would definitely use CPS at Liverpool again.
Portsmouth Cruise parking. Arranged through Saga, the only problem was on initial arrival at the port, the instructions were not very clear as to where to go. As soon as the correct lane for CPS was made clear, the service was superb. Good friendly welcome, with clear directions and photos taken. Then straight to baggage drop and hand car to CPS rep. On return to port, straight to CPS desk in terminal keys returned and an escort to where our car was parked. Excellent service.
Cannot praise your employee Karen in Liverpool enough. My husband left his bag with medication in it at the car park and she drove through to us in Manchester to deliver it. she really went beyond her call of duty. Amazing service and I cannot recommend the service in Liverpool enough. Thank you Lorna Mccolm
Very good instructions, easy to book and top class organisation at the port.
It's ok but I was surprised my car had covered 9.6 miles whilst it was parked at the p and o berth. Where did it go and who with? Will consider taking advantage of an all inclusive hotel stay that provides dinner breakfast plus parking and taxi to the terminal.
Used CPS's services at Portsmouth. Courteous and helpful when dropping car, very efficient and quick when collecting it. Not the cheapest service but well worth the premium price for the excellent all-round service.

Aug 16,2024Parked for two weeks at Dover cruise terminal. Very helpful and efficient staff both at drop-off and on our return. Car was under cover for the entire period. There may be cheaper options available but I was more than happy to leave my car in this location knowing that it was secure and protected whilst I was away. Highly recommended.
